The location is very good, in the city center. If you are visiting London for the first time, you can reach most of the major attractions within half an hour on foot. It is a four-star hotel with authentic Indian food. The hotel is a classical building with a very British style. It is highly recommended for first-time visitors to London.

Small and exquisite room, the guy at the front desk is very friendly and enthusiastic, English + body language guidance information admission, check-in. The hotel is very convenient to Victoria Station, there are convenience stores and breakfast shops downstairs. The intelligent facilities in the room control the temperature, lighting, electrical appliances, curtains through the tablet, and have a Chinese operation interface. The shower head in the bathroom doesn't work very well, so I just stayed for two nights and didn't care about it. There are no slippers in the room, the bed is next to the wall

I booked this at the last minute as I needed a place to stay near the Victoria Coach Station, and was very surprised. The room was excellent value for the price — clean, modern, thoughtfully-designed, just next to the coach station. Would definitely my top choice for next time!

Great Location right in the center of Piccadilly circus ( Central London) if you book this hotel it's easy access to all parts of London attractions 10ft from the Piccadilly circus underground. The hotel will charge for keeping your luggages extra time upon your check out so mindful about it.. Rooms are clean and nice. Amenities are average. Overall a good place to stay if you are looking to stay around central London

Perfect value for money for a family visiting central London. The staff at the front desk were always available 24 hours a day. The location is amazing, a 10 minute walk to a central railway station, and buses right in front of the hotel. We stayed in a quad room, and there was a perfect space for all of us. We would absolutely recommend for anyone that is looking for a value for money, location, with really nice people, to choose this one.

The room is not big and the bathroom is small. People who are tall and strong will find it cramped. The equipment is still perfect. The guy at the front desk has a serious expression and needs to improve his intimacy with guests.

I was profoundly impressed with my stay at Astor Victoria! The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from key attractions and easy access to public transportation. The staff went above and beyond to make the experience welcoming—they were friendly, helpful, and always approachable. The communal areas are vibrant and clean, with plenty of space to relax or meet fellow travelers. D rooms n beds are well maintained offering great value for the price. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful amenities, like secure lockers and a well-equipped kitchen, which made my stay convenient and enjoyable.

Booked a classic room and was upgraded to an club room, upgrade is an understatement as stayed in a classic room in the past and was much better than this room. This room was basic. The room was cold and when putting the heater/air conditioning unit on for heat it is so noisy that you can't keep it on over night so woke up a few times shivering. The shower took a long time to heat up and even then it was only warm. This room had no where to put bags without being in the way so only good if you have a small bag. I would of preferred not to have been upgraded to a club room on this occasion as I was so disappointed. Check in took over 10 minutes before being seen considering there were 3 people on reception and again with check out as there was no key drop was asked for room number that I was checking out from but wasn't asked if my stay was good or anything no good customer service. Seems like this hotel has gone down hill compared to my stay about 5 years ago.

As others have mentioned, hotel public areas are clean and well presented. Unfortunately, the rooms are in need of TLC. The location is near battersea park and power station with public transport links nearby. On arrival, I was made to use a third-party QR code to register and provide ID, I was told this was so they could find me if the room was damaged! We stayed in a twin room on the 4th floor, and there was a smell of stale tobacco from the room next door (they appear to be a long-term resident leaving some of their oersonal belongings outside). The room was a nice size with a large bathroom, kitchenette, and dining table. Unfortunately the spotlights in the bathroom didn't work and the tap leaked. The doors hiding the kitchenette were broken, the hot tap in the kitchen sink didn't work, the crockery was dirty, but washing up liquid and a dish sponge was provided so we were able to wash them in the bathroom sink. The window had a note advising it was waiting repair and not to open it. It was cold outside and there was a draft coming through it. I could not find the hairdryer. Looking in the wardrobe, i found an ironing board but no iron.Apparently, you have to ask for these, but we were not told this on check-in. There was a very dirty duvet in the wardrobe and the mattress was stained, thry msy want to consider cleaning and using mattress and bedding protectors! As we were only staying 1 night, we didn't cause a fuss and reported to reception on check out so they could make repairs. Overall, this could be a great hotel if room maintenance improved, but in its current state, it's an ok stay for the price. I gave a thumbs up because its not a bad hotel, It's similar standard to other budget hotels, but with a kitchenette.

Located in Earl’s court which i love how convenient it is to many places in central london. Just 30mins from heathrow straight with Piccadilly line! The tube station n a bus stop is just 3-4mins walk away up on high street. Thats also where many shops n restaurants, cafes & supermarkets located at! I book this hotel last min so im totally satisfied with the good price. My solo room located on 1st floor, although they hv lift, the room i was assigned still requires extra 10steps of stairs as u see on last pic. But im ok with that. N the room is very tiny but it got everything i need for a three night stay, window, heater, full length mirror, hangers, clothes rack, kettle, tea n coffee, shower gel n shampoo, tv etc. Also one thing i appreciate a lot is how nice the shower is, it has enough water pressure n hot enough for a winter time like this. Its my best time to relax after a long day before bed and keep me warm. Absolutely hv no complaint haha oh n their wifi is stable n staff is friendly for troubleshooting wifi setup :] Oh n make sure u check out the masala shop n asian market close! They offer a wide range of food n drinks choices :]
