The sound insulation of this hotel is not good, there is music playing all night and talking loudly... I didn't fall asleep for a minute once I stayed in the hotel... There was sand on the ground, it was not hygienic... The washbasin was blocked and the water took ten minutes to drain

The hotel is located near the train station, a bus stop and a supermarket. The room is comfortable but very dirty. The floor had not been cleaned (clumps of hair, stains...) and the trash can contained a used condom and a pair of panties. We had to ask several times for the floor to be cleaned. In addition, the hotel did not respond to any of my messages expressing my dissatisfaction. I really do not recommend it if you are looking for a clean place.

Convenient location very close to Brent Cross West station. There are actively renovating units, so if you come during the day (8am-4pm) you will hear the odd construction sounds. The units are freshly done, so it was a very comfortable stay. Everything you needed from stove, microwave, kettle, hairdryer, TV, etc. The bathroom was lovely with a large shower. My only concern however, is that it is behind a gas station and when we arrived (around 8pm) there was some unsavoury people loitering around. Overall, good stay for now!

Bad wifi, dirty, no soundproofing. Serious renovations they did not tell us about and really loud construction noises as a result at random times in the night. The elevator was not functional. The room itself was okay when we cleaned up the dirt and stray hairs, but I would not recommend it. Just pay more to stay in a place that won’t lie to you.
