spent two nights in this hotel ,About 10 mins walk into town walking in to the grounds very picturesque, the bungalows themselves were very tired,steps down to toilet ,Safe I found very complicated to use ,no hairdryer kettle was rusty, television not that we used it.Beds were comfortable,not that I slept much on the Saturday night lots of motorbikes racing up and down the road and about 5 you will hear the muezzin calling for prayers ,Breakfast on the first morning was lovely , second morning not as good the coffee machine wasn't working my cup was cracked,they did exchange it,water cooler with ice cold water in foyer which was very welcome

Hôtel très agréable , joli , bungalows avec salles d’eau extérieurs , superbe piscine et parc , situé à pied du centre , personnel très agréable, professionnel et sympathique , en revanche le restaurant n’est pas bon et les prix des courses de taxis proposés prohibitifs

Des fourmis et des araignées partout et surtout dans la salle de bain en plus des poils et des cheveux qui ne nous appartenaient pas, un cafard dans la chambre, hygiène à revoir sérieusement.... OK on est à bali, entourés de nature mais il y avait plus d'insectes dans le bungalow ici en bord de plage qu'à munduk en pleine forêt avec une salle de bain extérieure 🤦🤷 Sans oublier un chantier monumentale juste à côté de l'hôtel qui travaille jusqu'à 2h du matin!! Très mauvaise expérience Par contre l'extérieur avec piscine et l'emplacement juste parfait !

Really nice and spacious bungalow and a beautiful garden with a nice pool. Had some really good breakfast in the restaurant. The staff was friendly and helpful. And it was great that you could refill your water bottle in the “water tank station”.

Wir hatten hier 4 Nächte im Hostel gebucht, weil es aber so schön war, haben wir noch eine drangehängt. Personal super lieb, Zimmer sehr schön, aber vor allem der Pool-/Ausenbereich war wirklich wunderschön! Sehr zu empfehlen. Der Strand vor Ort ist leider nicht schön, aber durch den nahe zu perfekten Poolbereich gar nicht zu benötigen.

Avis mitigé sur cet hôtel … Points positifs : accueil agréable, grand jardin très bien entretenu, belle piscine et belle plage de l’autre côté de la route. Points négatifs : restauration moyenne, environnement très bruyant (circulation, musique, mosquée) et peu d’intérêt en terme de visites.

It’s sometimes hard to remember that it’s a 3 star as many things are beyond this. Pool, gardens and tranquility help you recharge with ease. Rooms are as described - basic, clean and cool. The shower was the only pick up with the temperature hard to control and low water pressure but that was not enough to spoil the break

This is a small paradise in Kuta Lombok. For me it was the most beautiful and nicest place what we visited in the last three weeks during our trip through Indonesia. If I go back once again, I am sure I go back to Puri Rinjani. Very nice people, good service, clean in a relaxed and calm atmosphere.
