Loganville Hotels with Wi-Fi

When I checked in the guy at the front desk asked me for my ID and the card I used when I booked. I booked on hotels.com and already paid $207 for my room but he insisted that I did not. I even showed him my US bank app on my phone and that the transaction was completed. He wanted to charge me $177 and said that he would refund me the $207. I went with it because I thought he was saving me money. The guy ended up charging me an extra $88 for taxes and fees that were not included in the $177! He showed me my receipt and I realized that he charged me for someone else's room! My driver's license clearly showed my name so I don't know how he mistook ”Shing Her” for ”Jerry Xiong”. Well, that was a total of $266 he took out of my bank account that I could've used over the weekend. Because it was a weekend I had to wait 5 days to get my refund. At least the room was clean and other staff were friendly. One of the staff members took the time to have a conversation with my 5 yr old daughter and I thought that was nice as some people don't bother with kids.
