Logan Hotels with Pools

The room is clean and tidy, the location is convenient, there is a restaurant next to it, the front desk service is warm, the breakfast is classic American, the facilities are average, it belongs to an older hotel, the elevator is a bit slow

We are in town visiting family and wanted a short get away for a couple of nights. We have stayed in TPS locations all over the western states and usually have no issues. After booking the room on the app we walked down to the hotel a few days before our planned arrival to ask for a specific room we like from previous stays. No problem they said but we can't guarantee anything. Why not?? What are you afraid of? That we won't show up? Why do you care? We checked in on line. You know we are coming. You already have our money even if we don't show. No reason to give our requested room away when you know we are coming. Not the service l expect as a gold elite member.

Very nice motel. Clean. Friendly. Close to restaurants, shopping. If you're looking for a place to stay several days, this is it. Has a (unheated when I visited) indoor pool (small) and a 'jacuzzi' hot tub. Pool also has ADA hoist to help people in and out of the pool. Breakfast options were adequate. My negative observations are that it's three floors and has no elevator. Also, there is no laundry facilities. Another negative was that the bathroom exhaust fan was inoperable (Rm 116)

Very nice hotel, staying in the middle of Salt Lake City to Grand Teton for one night, the price is more affordable. The front desk staff is welcoming, the room is clean and tidy, and parking is free. On the night of the check-in, the door was locked with a small problem, the repair was timely, and the candy and mineral water were sent to apologize. People are on the road and feel very warm.

Housekeeping did not do they’re job. I’ve done housekeeping and I can tell you that days inn housekeepers truly suck. When we walked it it was obvious the bottom half of the bed cover was ripped that should have been changed beforehand because that’s what houskeeping does it looks for stuff ripped or needing replaced, next the back of the bathroom door truly horrifying dries boogers all along the bottom half from last guest that should have been cleaned, then the toilet barley flushed which also houskeeping should have brought attention to maintenance beforehand, then there was trash stuck in the bathtub drain. Can’t get any worse right Now onto our first night my kid had an upset stomach so of course he threw up on all the sheets so I pulled them off and put them by the door and we continued about our day visiting with family. When we got back the bed literally had just the fitted sheet and a regular sheet which hotel beds should have always a fitted sheet, regular sheet, blanket, and then comforter and then for just looks a light cover at the end of the bed. Also went in the bathroom yes you guessed it it wasn’t cleaned how do I know because I went to use the restroom and because the toilet barley flushed my sons puke was till there all we got was hopefully clean towels. reason why everything is getting a 1 star because well nothing was done when brought up to they’re attention. Oh and all hotels in each room have a Do not disturb sign and TV guide those were not in the room either. So I’ve canceled all my future reservations and going to a different hotel that has been worth the money to spend on. Definelty wont be coming back.

A perfect experience. Felt welcomed every time I entered the hotel. There was always at least one person at reception; at other hotels, they’re often MIA. Asked for late checkout; no problem. Discovered the refrigerator in my room wasn’t working; an employee brought up a replacement immediately. Room was very clean. Breakfast was great and went until 10 every day. There were warm chocolate chip cookies in reception in the evening. Only one minor thing I would change, and it’s the same at every hotel: now that housekeeping only comes every 4th day or so, how about some larger trash cans in the rooms? They’re so tiny; only enough to hold one day’s worth of food and beverage containers. Otherwise, perfect and highly recommend.

Awful experience!The room was dated and literally had wall paper peeling off the walls. The fan in the bathroom was noisy and rattled. You couldn't just turn on the light without the obnoxious fan. The air conditioner was also noisy & made clanging noises. The elevator is slow & it didn't feel safe. The pool was dirty. The bed was as hard as a board. The door they had you park at wasn't working & they had it propped open. The front staff got mad at me when I propped it open for 30 seconds to grab something quickly out of my car in handicap parking & told me I would need to walk & use the farther doors. The breakfast was adequate but the counter they serve you on is broken. I was incredibly unimpressed with this place. I was supposed to have a Mountain view room & they didn't give me the correct room. At the end I asked for a slightly late checkout because I wasn't feeling good & they told me no. I explained the situation & they literally wouldn't even give me 15 minutes extra. I was shocked. I've never had hotel staff treat me so rudely. They also only refresh the rooms Monday, Wednesday, & Friday. I left for the day on Friday & when I got back my room wasn't touched. I called the front desk to see if they could do it & they put me on hold & never took me off hold to tell me if it could be done. Also, it was loud as you could see light coming through the thin doors. Not cool! The sink had no cold water so I couldn't even get a drink of cold water & would burn my hands when trying to wash them. It was an awful experience. Also, to top it all off I called the hotel before arriving & they told me my stay had been canceled. I had gone through ******* & they told me it was booked. ******* had to call the hotel to tell them that yes I should have a room. It took 6 calls & many hours to make sure it was all straight. It's a mess. Seriously, take my word for it... Stay somewhere else!

Our trip to Logan, with a stay at the Weston Lamplighter, has been a family tradition for several years. It was so fun to do again in 2018. The amenities and service were wonderful, as we have remembered it from years past. The breakfast Monday morning was perfect. Thank you for allowing a family tradition to continue for us.

It was so lovely! I loved the charm of the hotel. It was clean, well maintained and Soo comfortable! Breakfast was the best Continental besides Drewry! I should've copied the review I wrote for Best Western. Ha ha I really loved the spaciousness, the bathroom was fantastic the jetted tub, and I liked the two sinks and two luggage holders, and the large sitting area. Just overall loved it. Highly recommend. Oh but bring your own hair care. Lol smallest bottles I've seen in years. Unless you have any hair then you'll be fine. Lol also I was very appreciative of the shower wand and the bed was amazing 😍
