The apartment is very small, but has all the amenities. It was clean and tidy. Good location. Our son loved sleeping in the loft. A very big downside for us was that they kept messaging us to know when exactly we were coming and then afterwards - repeatedly asking when we are leaving (we did not exceed our stay, just in case if you are wondering: we arrived at around 9 PM and left at 9 AM). This was extremely annoying. There was no personal contact with the owner, the lock was electronic, we had the access codes, so it's not like they had to sit and wait for us to arrive to be able to hand over the key.
