Basically it's ok. I used a lot of the Novotel's facilities. Since they are all in the same building, it's more suitable for youth groups or those with children.

Despite the hotel being good and majority of the staff being excellent workers. It is imperative for staffs to respect the privacy of the customers. Stalking customers is a big no no and I don’t feel safe coming in and out of the hotel or when I’m outside with friends because I am being followed my one of your staffs. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional. I will call the authorities if this isn’t taken care of with immediate effect. And the reputation of this hotel will be at stake.

La struttura esterna la hall e lo spazio per la. colazione sono stati ristrutturati, mentre le stanze sono datate e piccole, si asciugamani ne danno solo uno grande se ne vuoi uno piccolo bisogna chiederlo alla reception. Buona l'idea di mettere dei dispenser di acqua potabile ai piani, comodo il parcheggio sotterraneo a 14 euro al giorno. Ottima la.colazione ma con poche scelte di dolce

Lokalizacja byla dla nas kluczowa, dlatego wybraliśmy Ibisa. Pokoje w średnim stanie, mimo to będziemy polecac każdemu Obsluga sprawila, że czuliśmy się jak w domu, a Pani Monika z recepcji byla jak kwitnacy kwiat, który swoim urokiem usmiechem rozbrajala każdego. To było fantasyczne!!!

Weekendowy pobyt z rodziną. Świetna lokalizacja i punk wypadowy na krótkie wycieczki. Przemiła obsługa- szczególnie pomocny i profesjonalny zespół Recepcyjny Pan Kamil i Pan Kuba. Bardzo dziękuję za szybką pomoc w rozwiązaniu nietypowej sytuacji. Czuliśmy się zaopiekowani na każdym kroku. Pokoje czyste,a sniadania zaskakująco bogate i smaczne. Hotel wraz z obsługą spełnił nasze oczekiwania, a nawet je przerósł. Polecam jeden z fajniejszych Ibisów.
