Basically it's ok. I used a lot of the Novotel's facilities. Since they are all in the same building, it's more suitable for youth groups or those with children.

Hotel usytuowany w świetnym miejscu, kilka kroków od ul. Piotrkowskiej. Pokój czysty, tak samo łazienka. Największym zaskoczeniem było śniadanie - jego mnogość i różnorodność zaskoczyło bardzo pozytywnie. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, można nawet samemu przyrządzić sobie pysznego i gorącego gofra. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce.

Best regards for Ms. Zuzanna It was like an mission impossible First of all, I would like to thank the lady at the reception's her name is Zuzanna, above all for her professionalism and great commitment, watching the difficult situation related to the accessibility of the rooms during the concert taking place in Łódź. She did what she could, to help me to organize a room. In the end you succeeded, thank you, you are great! As for the room itself, I am happy, well -kept and comfortable, the location is the most plus due to the communication route and the proximity of the city center. I recommend! Everything excellent! Location is the best - in the centre of the city. Near the hotel there is a main bus and tram stop - you can getb everywhere you want. On the other side of the street you can start your walk at the Piotrkowska street. Breakfast was delicious - there was plenty of possibbilities. You can even prepare waffles or bubble tea! Great place!

Pluspunten : ontbijt, ligging, prijs, vriendelijkheid, netheid, ruime kamer Minpunten : lawaai van : grote open lobby waar alle verdiepingen op uit kijken, drukke straat, verluchting op de kamer die automatisch start om zes uur. Flauwe douche. Prijs/kwaliteit zeker ok. Mits oordopjes 4/5.
