AAnonymous UserThe facilities are so-so, but the service is very poor. On the morning of check-out, I was still having breakfast at 9 am, and a male waiter came and said that your room needs to be checked out at 10 o'clock. His attitude was very stiff. Then, without confirming with me, he called a car to the airport for us? Very lack of training and courtesy. Overall score: 2/5. Very poor.

Внимательный и дружелюбный персонал создавал комфортную обстановку, особенно кто отвечал за бар/ресторан. Помогли заранее спланировать активности, орагнизовали трансфер и , также помогали с вопросами, которые возникли на месте.

GGuest UserThe Kafusi Lodge is newly renovated and very clean. The guests have access to a spacious living with comfortable couches facing a flat screen TV. We had the choice of buying and cooking our own food in a fully equipped kitchen, or ordering a breakfast of eggs, sausage, beans, bread, coffee, or tea for only $10 per person. The manager, Jiyane, picked us up at the airport and personally guided us through the town Victoria Falls and surrounding areas making our experience wonderful and informative. Zimbabwe does use American dollars and some excursions are a bit pricey, but overall I recommend this destination and lodge to anyone interested in seeing this world-renowned waterfall.

Из минусов: персонал предлагает такси в 2 раза выше установленной для города.
По цене индивидуального трансфера в аэропорт - автобус.
Экскурсии тоже дороже, чем в центре
