Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pour un week-end en amoureux, avec l'intention de nous ressourcer et de passer un moment agréable. Nous recherchions un endroit luxueux, d'où notre choix pour cette gamme de prix. Cependant, nous avons été très déçus par le rapport qualité/prix proposé par cet établissement. La chambre était spacieuse et agréable, mais il n'y avait pas de volets aux fenêtres, et les rideaux, qui n'étaient pas occultants, ne couvraient pas la totalité des fenêtres. Résultat : réveil à 6h45 à cause du soleil. De plus, l'isolation des chambres était très sommaire, ce qui nous a exposés aux bruits des gens sur la place et des autres chambres durant la nuit. Les espaces spa étaient très restreints : un seul bassin de bain froid et un petit hammam. Vu le prix, nous nous attendions à plus. De plus, la publicité est mensongère, le spa étant en sous-sol, nous n'avions pas de vue sur la forteresse de Loches. Nous apercevons cependant de très loin avec des jumelles le clocher de cette dernière. La nourriture du restaurant était très bonne, mais le personnel manquait de professionnalisme. Ils discutaient et riaient entre eux, se moquaient des clients qui ne parlaient pas français, et certains étaient même dédaigneux avec les clients. Nous nous attendions à un meilleur service client au vu des tarifs pratiqués par l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner était agréable, mais il manquait certains produits. De plus, certains plats comme les œufs et le bacon devraient être préparés à la minute plutôt que d’être maintenus au chaud dans des étuves, ce qui altère leur qualité. Nous avons toutefois apprécié le bar/lounge, qui est très agréable. Je recommande cet endroit uniquement si vous avez de l’argent à perdre. Sinon, il existe d'autres établissements où le rapport qualité/prix est bien plus intéressant.
