Magnifique bâtiment, très bien situé en face de la cité royale grand parking gratuit au pied de l'hôtel ( à Loches les parkings sont gratuits,merci à la municipalité ) chambre (privilège) pas très grandes mais fonctionnelle et ménage bien fait à noter sdb et wc sont séparés, sdb très bien agencé avec grande douche à l'italienne, la chambre dispose aussi d'un grand balcon (terrasse) avec la vue sur la cité (superbe) Personnel jeune,pro et sympa. Séjour décevant... Acceuil froid et non aimable de la réceptionniste d'une cinquantaine d'années, chambre juste derrière les cuisines avec relents d'égouts à cause de la plonge et 2 lits séparés réunis pour n'en faire qu'un, donc on tombe au milieu ! De plus, nous avons pris un massage duo sur mesure (95€ par pers.) et là, catsstrophe !!! 15mns de retard sans nous prévenir, la masseuse n'avait aucune force et n'a fait que me passer de l'huile et a oublié de masser 2 endroits sur 4 que javais demandé ! La piscine est trop petite pour le nombre de clients et seulement 10 transats ! C'est une des pures expériences Best Western !!!

Hôtel très bien placé avec un grand parking juste devant. Le bâtiment est magnifique. La chambre est spacieuse et bien équipée. Le coin spa / piscine est agréable. Bar sympa et salle de jeux avec billard. Le petit déjeuner est varié et le personnel avenant et professionnel

A lovely building, well restored but many original features preserved. Restaurant experience let them down : we made the mistake of booking DB&B, but were then restricted to a single option meal of the day, not even on a written menu, which made it impossible to assess what we were being offered, despite super waiter Waid’s best efforts. Only a few other staff members spoke a workable level of English, which didn’t help though is not a matter for complaint. This dining experience was not what we expected of a hotel that prides itself on its excellent cuisine and posts photos of beautiful plates. By the way, take your own crisps and nuts if you fancy a pre meal drink and nibble on the terrace : the hotel has none to offer!
