Very nice hotel, ideally located in Loches with parking right in front. Very good restaurant as well as a quality breakfast. The staff is very friendly. A very good stay at this hotel

Niet echt op niveau van wat je van een 4 sterren hotel verwacht. Geen hulp met bagage, sleur die maar zelf van de parking. In de gang zijn ze aan het stofzuigen zodat je bijna te valt. Vrij kleine kamer. Niet echt hartelijke bediening.

Excellent etablissement pour l'hébergement : bâtiment magnifique, très bien réamnéagé (Une déco moderne réussie dans le cachet de l'ancien!). Les chambres sont extrèmement confortable, bien équipées, climatisées et insonorisées : que du plaisir pour se reposer ! En revanche, évitez la restauration qui est très décevante et pas du tout" bistronomique" : accras de poissons mous et sans vraiment de poisson, croustillants de poulet carbonisés et secs, poisson "retour de criée" congelé, sec, insipide et trop cuit... nous n'avons pas été jusqu'au dessert ! Nous avions déjà séjourné dans cet hôtel il y a quelques années et nous étions très contents de la restauratiion (cuisine bistronomique et service impéccable). Cette fois, rien à voir. Et le service était plus que passable : plat principal servi sur une table non débarassée des entrées, très jeune serveur limite présentable... Nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel qui demeure une très bonne adresse pour la qualité de son accueil (excellent) et de son hébergement, mais nous éviterons d'y déjeuner ou dîner (nantis de notre mauvaise expérience, nous n'avons pas testé le petit-déjeuner).
