I traveled solo so I was given a solo room for 4 nights.
S’Arenal beach is very close to the hotel, it’s a 7-minute walk otherwise Playa de Palma is a 45-minute walk or you have the A2 bus to the airport that takes you there. It’s well served.
As for the hotel, you don’t expect luxury but for the price it’s reasonable. On the other hand the walls… are very thin, you can hear the guests next door unfortunately. That’s the only negative point otherwise we have access to everyone. (check with reception)
The area is specifically for party-goers, quite a few Germans, restaurants where German is spoken. If you like to party, welcome to S’Arenal :)

It’s rather basic and not very close to the beach, a lot of hotels nearby. The staff is nice, the hotel is rather clean. The bathroom and furniture needed renovation.
Cozy area by the pool, to relax with a drink or a book.
A bit overpriced for the service and quality of accommodation it offers.

I don't think the hotel is that good, something happened to me that wasn't good at all. I had invited my girlfriend to visit me in the room and suddenly the employee wanted 30 euros to let her in and I was obliged to pay the money otherwise my girlfriend would be left outside and I didn't want that. I think that's not right. You can visit people and invite them to the hotel. Yes, unfortunately. I won't recommend it to anyone.
