Thank you for the efforts of Ctrip customer service. This is a hotel suitable for playing games. There is a bus from Palma. There are large local supermarkets around. The coach level is not as good as Barcelona.

The hotel receptionist made a mistake with my bill and emailed me to demand payment. Even after I emailed her to double-check, she still insisted I pay. This was infuriating! Since communication in Europe is strictly email-based, having to deal with emails and phone calls while traveling is incredibly hassle. Thankfully, Ctrip stepped in to recheck and cancel the bill. The course experience was okay, and the brunch was excellent.

Un centro deportivo y hotel 5 estrellas único. Si sos amante del tenis o padel, este es el lugar. Una academia espectacular en cuanto a profesores e infraestructura y no te queres mover de ahí por su ambiente y entorno. Un consejo por experiencia propia, en lo posible sacar el pack weekly y no dias aislados.

I injured myself half way through the weeks training. I was left to myself with no assistance and had to get a plastic bag of ice from the bar. Despite having to go to hospital they will not refund the cost of any of the training I missed only offer credit which I cannot use. No free medical or physio assistance even if injured in training. The food is also disgusting at Wimbledon restaurant (which is what you get with the board) it is inedible dregs unless you eat very early, which is not possible with evening tennis. There are almost zero vegetarian options. The coaches are nice but tend to be young and don’t always offer much specific feedback. A couple of notable exceptions to this but the coaches at Mouratoglou are of a higher level. Rooms do not have any cooking or washing facilities which is very inconvenient for a tennis camp. Laundry is paid and it takes 24+ hours to come back. Location is quite remote and taxis are scarce. 15 mins walk into Manacor there are much better food options than the overpriced dining at the academy. Great gym and I enjoyed the fitness training when I was able to participate. The lectures were quite average. Great pro shop. Rafa shop is overpriced and the colour ran on the clothing I purchased. Courts great quality especially the indoor ones. Overall extremely expensive and very disappointing experience mainly because of the lack of assistance with my injury and the horrible food.

I went to Rafa Nadal Academy just by myself to have padel classes and enjoy some quality time. I felt really good! The padel classes were very good but the hotel exceed my expectations! The bedroom is super comfortable and spacious and the shower is very good. The spa is excellent, nice low light environment, very calm, with small pools differing in temperature, nice sauna and Turkish bath. I made several wellness treatments and I particular liked the beauty ones for the face 😍 The hotel has different restaurants named by the grand slams 😀 I had dinner every night and sometimes lunch, in the buffet one on the lobby level, I think it's the US open or Roland Garros... Anyway... The food was so good that even playing 3 hours of padel per day and making some gym trainings I got some weight on 😅 it's really good! And the waiters are so kind and friendly that I felt like being at home! I never felt alone! By the opposite, I felt secure and truly happy to have this time for myself! Can't wait to go back!

I had an amazing time Also all the coaches are really amazing!! Actually not only the coaches but all Academy Staff. All the girls at the front desk, the girls at sports desk, the girls at spa, gym. And Bernat. An important piece of the Academy’s success, as is someone who really makes things happen for us, as guests/players. I really loved everything in there! Hope I can plan another week like that! Thank you all!!
