One of the best holidays we have ever had!! We went adult only for the first time and what a difference..peaceful, relaxing and amazing food..The hotel was spotless and having two bathrooms was brilliant, as we had our 20 year old son and 25 year old daughter with us and definitely saved time...The staff were very helpful and friendly - but the two negatives were: The outside light was turned off at 11pm and as we enjoy playing cards at night it was inconvenient, especially as it was an adult only hotel..another hour with the light on would have been good...Also when ordering drinks at dinner they could not be paid for there and then, but charged and paid for when we were checking out of the hotel, and it was an added expense at the end of our holiday...apart from these 2 things I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return..

Excellent hotel with a great atmosphere, good food and friendly staff. The pools a good an very varied depending on what you like and very clean. We also never had to fight for a playe to lay down. Beach and retaurants are well withing walking distance. Well worth the money we paid. Loved our stay!

Inizialmente ci hanno dato una camera vista mare(come da prenotazione) purtroppo però aveva la muffa in camera! Dopo la mia richiesta ci hanno subito cambiato camera. Per il resto la struttura é molto bella dista 15 minuti a piedi da Cala Agulla e 15 minuti dal centro di Cala Ratjada. Camere grandi, spaziose e pulite. Abbiamo soggiornato con altre due coppie di amici e sinceramente tutti quanti abbiamo trovato la colazione al di sotto di un hotel 4 stelle e le cene erano di scarsa qualità. Abbiamo trovato spesso la carne di maiale e tacchino cruda. Peccato veramente per il cibo perché la struttura merita.

Hôtel magnifique, dans un Avre de paix entre mer et montagne dans une réserve naturelle. Plusieurs piscines qui donnent le choix pour une bonne détente. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil à notre arrivé, nous avons été reçu avec une coupe de champagne cela fut agréable. Le restaurant offre un grand choix chaque jour et le petit déjeuner est top. Nous avons apprécié le SPA également ainsi que la chambre qui était très grande et propre. Juste le petit bémol sur l'animation musicale du soir au bar à cocktails qui lui est magnifique, nous avons trouvé que le lieu avait un potentiel énorme pour faire venir des artistes ou DJ d'une catégorie supérieur :) cela est juste nôtre opinion. Sinon je conseille vivement cet hôtel, on y retournera bientôt.

Hotel perfecto para descansar,con una playa preciosa andando 10min por un camino asfaltado ,y una cala a pie de hotel con posibilidad de hacer buceo,pádel surf..Aunque el hotel es mayoritariamente de alemanes el trato genial,un personal de diez haciendo una estancia perfecta.Cenas temáticas,postres caseros y dando un paseo puedes bajar al puerto

Gutes Hotel aber die Gastronomie ist leider sehr schlecht ! Wir waren eine Woche da. Zimmer , Service und Personal sehr gut . Frühstück immer das gleiche aber gut . Abendbuffet sehr sehr schlecht . Es geht nicht um Abwechslungsreich oder nicht . Man kann auch bei wenig Auswahl gut und schmackhaft kochen , leider hier absolut nicht der Fall. Sehr schade ! Meine Empfehlung, das Hotel nur mit Frühstück buchen .

I have been coming to this hotel for the past 3 years now and every time it just gets better. All of the staff are amazing they are so friendly and very helpful if needed and you cannot fault it in anyway possible. The location is central to beaches, shops and restaurants but really you don’t have to leave the hotel itself as it has 3 pools and there are always spaces and loungers available. The food in the main lounge and the pool bar area is tasty and reasonably priced. There is a very well equipped gym and also there is a spa too! All the rooms/suites are of very good size ( I have been in 3 different rooms over the years) very well kept and the beds are so comfortable. All in all I love this place and I most certainly will be returning and as a solo traveler in her late 50s I felt safe in and around the hotel area.

Es un buen hotel desayuno y la cena bien todas las noches cambia hay la española la mallorquina, asiatico ,griego y la italiana y hindú. Estuve 9 dias y seguro en un futuro volveré. El 95% son alemanes y a las 18.30 ya están esperando en la puerta de comedor para cenar la cena es de 18.30 hasta 21.30 pero a las 21.00 empiezan ya a quitar la comida es el unico negativo no entiendo porque no hacen la cena de 19.00 hasta 22.00 asi los españoles tambien podemos disfrutar de la cena . Para mi el 90% de personal un 10 y el 10% un 5. Las actuaciones de noche un 8.
