Premier Inn Llandudno Town Centre

Soon has we walked into the Premier inn, Llandudno, We were welcomed by a pleasant, polite ,friendly young man, Booked in, in seconds,he told us our options for meals, The room was nice and tidy and very quiet. The staff working on the bar were polite also. The young lady on reception in the morning ( has we were leaving)was pleasant and polite too. Overall a great stay.

Overall, our stay was great but presented a mix of experiences; whilst the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout, consistently resolving any issues we encountered without complaint, and the cleaning team truly went above and beyond – even sorting our towels and rubbish on Sunday despite no pre-booked room clean – our initial breakfast experience was poorly organised. This was coupled with disappointing service and attitude from one kitchen staff member on our first morning, leading to a refund. However, on our final day, after pre-booking breakfast, the staff couldn't have been more accommodating, going out of their way to ensure we were well catered for and completely redeeming themselves, leaving us with a much more positive lasting impression of the service.

Two of the beds are comfy but one is rock solid, there is no room service at all so you have to get it yourself but views are ok

Good location, lovely friendly staff. Spacious room, but housekeeping was disappointing. We were there for a week, you have to ask for your room to be refreshed. We returned to find clean towels on the bed and bins that had been emptied. Nothing had been cleaned or hoovered, soap dispensers remained empty. Breakfast at the weekend was carnage with too many people arriving af the same time and the lady who was front of house just couldn't cope. We had dinner in the restaurant one evening and were told there was no rice. The hotel is less than 5 mins from M&S or ASDA !! There's a Premier Inn policy apparently to only provide one hand towel in the bathroom despite knowing two people will be in the room. This is both annoying and ridiculous. Overall, lovely staff but processes need to be improved.
