Beachside Guest House

What a fantastic guesthouse. Cheryl and David were very accommodating. The room was spotless and the guesthouse was beautifully decorated. Breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly. Will definitely be back.

Pros Place was clean and the hosts were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was nice. The location is great just off the beach front and pier. Negatives We were on the 3rd floor which is tiring to keep walking up. The shower is small which is harder for taller people like me. They served out of date yoghurts I guess they didn't check the dates.

Stayed in this gem of a guest house in August but unfortunately had to cut my holiday short..Lovely and clean,great facilities and a fantastic breakfast,with plenty of choice.Great sitting room equipped with an honesty bar and lovely modernised bathroom.Right by the cenotaph,only yards from the beach.Would definitely stay again

Stayed at this traditional seaside B&B from 23/8 to 25/8. It has a great location, warm welcome, friendly staff, comfortable room and great breakfast and everywhere spotlessly clean. It has a lovely theme and also offers an honesty bar and small bottles of complimentary milk. We booked a superior twin room with a sea view so when we got to our room we were surprised to find our view was not of the sea but the hotels across the road. I then went to find David the proprietor and said that there must have been a mistake as the room we were allocated didn’t have a sea view. David said none of his rooms have a sea views but only a partial sea view as advertised. This is incorrect as although some rooms say partial sea view others clearly state sea view (see attached pics). There was clearly nothing we could do about the lack of a sea view and it was far too late to find alternative accommodation so we accepted the situation. If when booking had ALL the rooms listed stated only partial sea views then we would not have made a booking and found alternative accommodation. I would like to think that this was a genuine oversight by David and that he will now amend the information provided on his rooms but it certainly diminished the enjoyment of our stay in Llandudno.

Beachside Guest House, what a top quality Guest House , Cheryl and David make you feel at home, very modern and clean, competitively priced ,excellent choice for breakfast something for everyone, all freshly cooked, well positioned , close to the beach , pier and restaurants . Will certainly be returning and would recommend the beachside guest house. Best to book direct with them for best prices . You will not be disappointed.

Money hungry!! My sister booked for 3 nights recently, whilst en route she had a mental health breakdown, The hotel charged for the full 3 nights, now they can legally because it's all over their rules of cancellation.. but surely they filled her room in mid August?? On the 2nd & 3rd night? . Just be absolutely sure you're 100% well & will definitely be fulfilling your desperately needed break, as the hosts have no consciences.
