The Shelbourne

Plenty of space in room 2 only 1 other idea if it could happen put 2 chairs in there it was uncomfortable sitting on bed other than that no issues atol lovely breakfast lovely clean hotel

We stayed at the Hotel on the 25th and 26th July,2025 to celebrate our 45th Wedding Anniversary.We have stayed in Llandudno on a number of occasions and can honestly say that this Hotel is one I would definitely book again.I booked through their website so I was allocated my own parking space which is always a bonus. The Hotel is situated near to the Theatre a great location as it was a short walk into town to enjoy the shops and the local hostelries.It is a lovely Hotel with very welcoming hosts and nothing was too much trouble for them. The room I stayed in was well proportioned and the beds were lovely and comfortable with en suite with a nice powerful shower. Breakfast was lovely on each occasion.Hot and tasty using good products.Overall it was an enjoyable experience and made our celebrations special. Thank you Shelbourne Hotel. Tony and Shelagh.

Just returned from a very enjoyable 2 night stay here. We were greeted by the hosts who were very friendly and chatty , The rooms are lovely and clean and the bed was really comfortable , I’m fussy with my pillows but these were just right . The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice , my husband commented about the cooked breakfast saying it was the nicest he’s had in a while . Nothing negative to say about this lovely place .We will definitely stay here again when we return to Llandudno. Thanks catherine & Steve Price ….( Wayne’s friends ) 😂

We have just spend a lovely weekend at The Shelbourne and would recommend it to anyone staying in Llandudno. It’s close enough (5 min walk) to the main centre for bars and restaurants and far enough away to be nice and quiet. The owners Sarah And Berin were very friendly and always on hand asking asking how you were or if you needed anything. Our room was beautiful, it was one of their “superior” rooms so a more expensive option, but it was a special occasion for us and we were glad we chose it. It had a larger super king bed, walk in wardrobe with a newly fitted shower room, and a lovely separate seating area with beautiful sea views. The room as standard came with the usual tea and coffee making facilities (topped up daily when the room is cleaned.) If you’re looking to stop in Llandudno I would definitely look this place up, also to add is to book direct as breakfast is included and free parking if available (not if using 3rd party booking sites)

Just what golfers want —Hearty breakfast, cooked fresh with nice coffee - good bar facilities - good comfy bed with nice sheets & pillows - Great shower with fresh fluffy towels. Owners and staff brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. Recommended good places to eat so you could book early to avoid disappointment. Right on sea front & easy walk into town. Why stay anywhere else?

Couldn’t ask for anything more lovely clean hotel with a charming warm welcome from the owners and the staff very impressed. Breakfast was absolutely lovely. The staff couldn’t do anything more to help you. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again.
