Very bad place shower broken had to move rooms at 930pm manager couldn't care less room also dirty not hovered and no soap whole stay

On entering the receptionist was very welcoming,entrance was very tidy, informed us of all our options, used the 2 person lift to the third floor , on entering our room which was neat and tidy, bathroom was was clean too,nice warm shower. We also had a great view of Llandudno Promenade. Bed was comfy.
Would stay again. All the staff were pleasant.

Good sea view and delicious breakfast.
Easy to take bus but the hotel is the end of one side of the beach. We had to walk to another side of the beach for more than 20 minutes while the pier and Great Orme were there.

The staff at this hotel is excellent. Very helpful and friendly. Genuinely good people. The hotel is old and shows its age. The walls are very thin between rooms and our stay was spoiled by the inconsiderate people in the room next to us talking loudly past midnight. It was a cheap room and you get what you pay.
