We stayed recently in the Superior Double Bedroom with Seaview and it was a great experience. Nathan was friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived, and the whole atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. We saw some other staff briefly too and everyone was friendly The room itself was good-sized and comfortable, with all the features you'd expect. The bed was just the right level of firmness, and the down pillows and bedding were extremely soft and comfortable. The bathroom felt modern and well designed, and the rainfall shower was a lovely addition. The bathroom, along with the room as a whole was absolutely spotless. The seaview added a lot to the room and being able to wind down in the evening with a view across the whole pier and to the Great Orme was so relaxing, and the binoculars were a fun addition Breakfast was well organised and the service was fantastic, comfortable dining room with plenty of space for guests and a great selection. We both ordered variations on the full Welsh breakfast and there wasn't a part we could fault. We'll be making a point of staying again, our only regret was not booking for longer.

Nathan is a friendly, first class host. We had a warm welcome and Nathan is clearly passionate and dedicated to running a first rate B& B. Very good facilities, with complimentary bottled water ‘on tap’ from the fridge and extra tea/coffees, wine glasses and ubiquitous cork screw available! Nathan has thought of everything. Most impressed with the relatively new toaster too! Many thanks again Nathan for your hospitality.

Treated to a few days away and what an amazing stay we had. Nothing was too much trouble, nothing that hadn’t been thought of, no need that hadn’t been met. Great location, sitting in the bay window of our first floor room enjoying the fabulous view - so relaxing. En-suite room absolutely immaculate, generous hospitality tray and waters in fridge. Delicious freshly cooked breakfast, even adapting dishes to suit my requirements; plenty of choice in the continental selection. Nathan so friendly and helpful, always on hand to help with luggage, chat with guests, etc. Comprehensive information folder in the room. The in room fan was so welcome as were the extra pillows provided. I would not hesitate to recommend, my only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer.

Veníamos haciendo nuestra visita de toda Gales desde nuestra salida en Barcelona. Esta era la parte final de nuestro recorrido y nos encontramos con una agradable sorpresa. Nada más llegar Nathan nos esperaba en la puerta y nos explicó con detalle todo lo referente al alojamiento y también a la visita de la población. La habitación ideal, quizá nos hubiera gustado con vistas al mar. Pero descansamos muy bien y la verdad que estuvimos muy tranquilos. Destacar que llegamos de cenar sobre las 10:30 de la noche y no podíamos abrir la puerta de la habitación, y Nathan nos ayudó sin problema y rápidamente. El desayuno de 10. Además del servicio, la comida era de buena calidad y parte importante servida en mesa. En fin solo podemos decir una cosa negativa de este lugar, y es el no quedarnos alguna noche más… volveremos!

Nathan is an excellent host who goes out of his way to try and help you. I had booked through *********** and thought I had booked a sea view room so was initially disappointed to be shown a back room. Nathan offered to give me my money back if I could get a sea view room anywhere else. Everywhere else was fully booked so accepted I would not have a sea view. The bed and bedding was really high quality and it was spotlessly clean. It was like sleeping in a marshmallow. The Kendrick is at the quieter end of the prom so is a good walk into town but somehow walking along with the view of the sea and the Great Orme distracted you from the distance you were having to walk. Breakfast was very good and well cooked. I did struggle a bit with my WiFi signal but that was due to my provider I think. I was very sorry to leave to come home and would certainly recommend this establishment to anyone.

Nathan, de host en owner, is bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt is super lekker en de kamers zijn niet ruim maar heel leuk ingericht en super proper. De ligging is aan de boulevard met zicht op zee, niet vlakbij het centrum maar op 10 minuten wandelen. Een aanrader!

Nathan the owner is a wonderful person nothing is too much trouble Nathan goes above and beyond to make your visit exceptional.The cleanliness is 5* plus the Breakfasts Amazing.we visited twice last year got back today already have booked for September. Amazing place to stay and amazing hospitality form hosts anything you needed they were so helpful and amazing room bed so comfortable and bathroom lovely perfect rain shower and view from window was wow breakfast was amazing and delicious and lovely views and nice walk along sea front to town and the best day we had me and my mum we will definitely come again and stay

We were greeted by Nathan upon arrival, who gave us all of the information required for our 2 night stay. The property is kept very clean, with the decor being a mix of old and new. We stayed in room 6 (8 rooms in total), which was a sea view on the 3rd floor (no lift). The room was spacious, with a clear view of the prom, beach and town. There was also adequate storage for short visits. A slight irritation was that the bathroom was very narrow, so it was a bit tight when using the toilet, which could be awkward if you have limited mobility. The shower was large, with a powerful spray. Breakfast was in a front room overlooking the sea, which was very pleasant, with a nice atmosphere. There was a choice of breakfast, all being freshly cooked using good quality products. Please not that it is a good 20 minutes walk along the prom into the main town, although there are some nice restaurants and cafes just around the corner. There is limited onsite parking, but you can easily park out the front on the prom, which is free all day, where as you pay nearer to the town. Would we stay again, yes, most definitely.
