A lift available to all floors, room was nice and clean, en-suite was also clean and tidy with underfloor heating, which was a nice surprise., reception area was nice and tidy too, shown how to use the front door as it gets locked in the evening. Chose to eat breakfast at the hotel, full breakfast from £8.50p with a vegetarian option, no evening meals available but other hotels near by and some pubs serve food. Saturday morning I went around the Great Orme it really does have fantastic views, benches are dotted around so you can sit and take in the views.

What a gem this place is. So pleased I stayed there. The location is excellent right on the Llandudno Promenade and very central to most attractions. The owners, Phyllis and Phillip, go out of their way to make you feel at home and have made great effort to upgrade this Victorian bnb. I had a lovely cosy room with seaview, comfortable bed and would recommend it as a base to explore North Wales..and the rose garden is the cherry on the cake, so beautiful.

Very good Hotel .Top for cleanliness and a beautiful view from our room and a few minutes away from the pier and all shops you could immagine. As it's not a big Hotel every guest is well looked after and every minimal problem ,they solve it immediately. They took our luggeges to our rooms and before leaving they took them back down .Thank you Hotel Trivone and well done !

No Chef, no bar, lift not working, leaking toilet, very cold lounge, no staff overnight and very little during day. No other residents seen or heard, sign on door saying “Closed”

Great hostess, very friendly and efficient check in. Room was excellent, very clean, and the bed was really comfy. Great to have a fan on the wall as well. Slept like a log
