My wife and I had originally stayed here about 30 years ago. Now it has been modernised and updated with most facilities you could wish for. We were only staying for 3 days so chose a simple double which was fine. We have stayed in most of the guest houses on this street and this one was certainly the best value as well. Breakfast fine and until 9.30. with plenty of choice that even included fresh fruit. My wife asked me to thank Leena especially for the lovely fruit and yoghurt prepared each day on request. Both Anish and Leena were very happy to help with anything you could wish. We know the parking layout for guest houses on this road and 6 cars can be parked, it just takes a bit of courtesy and common sense and you're not paying Empire hotel prices. Parking is difficult in Llandudno so it's a real bonus. WiFi excellent even on the 2nd floor. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and we will return again when visiting Llandudno. No hesitation to recommend for excellent value and such friendly hosts. Edward and Christina McAlpine

We arrived 2 hours early for checkin at the Senarth and left our bags in the dining room. Hanish seemed very friendly and told us he would get our room ready asap so we decided to go for a walk, it was a very hot day. We came back over an hour later, unfortunately Hanish wasn't there but his equally friendly mother told us he would be 5 minutes. He did turn up 20 minutes later and showed us our rooms, to be fair we did just about get in by 3pm. There is parking but you risk either being boxed in or boxing someone else in so unless you're planning on leaving the car where it is you might do better to find a space on the road. We ended up a street away but it wasn't too much of an issue. The room was OK if a little dated although the double bed seemed rather small. There was a fan which really helped as it was extremely warm outside. We were hoping for decent wifi as the phone/data coverage in Llandudno was abysmal, we've been many times before and never noticed it being so bad before. Unfortunately the wifi was as bad as the phone coverage and barely if ever worked. The signals from the adjacent hotels were stronger thsan our own wifi. The bed was reasonably comfy, although we were woken two consecutive night between 1 and 2 pm by the occupant of the private floor above pacing around really loudly and what sounded like dragging furniture along the floor which didn't go down too well especially as there were warnings in the guest info pack about noise disturbance between 11 and 7. Breakfast was a pre-choice system so you had to guess what you were going to want in advance. Not a big fan of this but I can see why it would be helpful to those cooking breakfast. They almost got the order right and the food was ok although we all agreed we've had better (and worse). The bacon was a bit hard but there was a decent mix of bacon sausage black pudding mushrooms tomato and beans. Toast was self serve as was juice and cereals. Coffee or tea was offered and fruit or yoghurt could be ordered. The whole event was a bit on the slow side, a bit frustrating one day when we needed to get off fairly quickly. My wife will tell me off for only giving 3 stars as the price point was quite reasonable especially for close on high season but there were quite a few niggles as outlined above so I think it's a fair reflection of the overall experience,

Thank you very much for a lovely few days. The hosts are lovely and friendly and cannot do enough for you. Breakfasts are great, especially the Indian one. The rooms are not ultra modern but very clean with a nice comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend.

Had a very pleasant stay at The Senarth and I would definitely highly recommend. When I was about to make the booking online I knew that I would be checking in late as I would be travelling straight from work on the Friday evening. I telephoned the hotel to find out if this was ok and sincere apologises to the gentleman that I spoke to because he has told me his name twice but I've forgotten again, but he was more than reasonable and accommodating. When I explained to him what room I was looking to book online he offered to upgrade me to a bigger room with a four poster bed if I booked direct with him on the phone for just an extra £2.00 which was way above and beyond what I was expecting and they said me checking in late on the Friday evening was no problem whatsoever. Very spacious room, very clean, very tidy and spotless. Very comfortable bed. Iron provided in my room too which was very handy as for as I was concerned as clothes get creased when packed away and I didn't have to go asking staff for an iron like I've had to do at other places I've stayed because one was already provided here. Lovely breakfast which set you up nicely for the day. Very kind, considerate and lovely staff who run The Senarth. This place wasn't just good it was excellent, wonderful, brilliant in fact. I would certainly look to stay here again if I was ever staying in Llandudno again. The bathroom wash hand basin was loose and wobbly but to be honest I should have mentioned that to the staff. However this was only a minor issues as far as I was concerned and I could still use the sink without any problems or issues. This minor thing certainly did not spoil anything at all for me or spoil my stay at The Senarth. This place gets a big thumbs up and five stars from me :):):)

We stayed 2 nights in the luxury double room number 4, on the first floor. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. Check in was done online and was so easy. We had a fantastic stay here and nothing was too much trouble for the staff who wanted to ensure our stay was a fabulous one. The breakfast was brilliant, there was cereal, fruit juice as well as toast available along with the cooked breakfast that came freshly cooked and piping hot. We had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay feel so special. Gary & Janice
