Autumn season 24
Very comfortable hotel . My only concern was I was on the top floor and there was no lift. If I were to stay again I would request the lower floors. The owners were very friendly and the over all stay was comfortable.

Our room ceiling was leaking, and fell through - what a nice stay! We spoke up to water dripping from the ceiling that slowly got worse and worse and finally the ceiling fell through - and we weren't compensated at all !!! Absolutely terrible place to stat - DO NOT BOOK

We had a great stay here, the owners were extremely helpful, patient, and accommodating. The location is perfect, right on the seafront and close to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed the cooked breakfast as well! Would highly recommend!

Lovely, clean rooms. Outstanding quality breakfast. Quiet and restful at night. Right on seafront with stunning views around the bay. But the icing on top is the care and attention to both detail and guests provide by hosts Claire and David. As long as they are there we will keep returning.

This is a great Bed and Breakfast. Highly recommended. Very friendly team of staff. David the owner is very helpful and always keen to help in any way. Room is very clean and spacious. Seafront position with great views. Bed is very comfortable. Very nice breakfast in a dining room that is set out well. First time in Llandudno and will be returning to this B&B plus Llandudno.

Fabulous hosts who made me and my daughter feel so welcome and that nothing was too much trouble! Amazing breakfast with great selection and room was spotlessly clean too. Couldn’t fault the position as so close to all amenities and a great recommendation for our evening meal provided too. Would happily return!

Lovely Hotel on the sea front. Location close to the town and easy walking distance to the theatre. The hotel is family run, friendly atmosphere and nothing too much trouble. The room was of a decent size, very clean, tea / coffee making facilities available and a very comfy bed. Breakfast was a pre order the night before along with a time slot of your choice. ( meaning your breakfast was freshly prepared and the dining room not busy at all even though the hotel was full). There was a range of breakfast items - cereal/ fruit / cooked including veggie option - all really good produce. Would definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
