這家温泉酒店真的太讓人驚喜了！環境好到沒話説，一進大堂就被雅緻的設計吸引，隨處可見的綠植和暖色調燈光讓人瞬間放鬆下來。房間的室外温泉區更是絕，私密又清凈，泡在熱乎乎的湯池裡，看着周圍的景緻，感覺所有疲憊都被洗去了～房間外的室外恆温泳池特別適合孩子們，隨時都可以下水。
服務也必須重點誇誇！我們還沒到，管家已經在停車場等了。從停車引導到辦理入住，管家管秋香都特別熱情周到，有問必答還特別貼心。短駁車5分鐘內必達，細節處的用心真的讓人覺得很舒服。
總之體驗感拉滿，已經把這裏列入下次度假的首選清單了，想放鬆的朋友完全可以沖！

由於是第一次家庭帶娃出遊 需要考慮方方面面 經過篩選最後選擇了竹溪谷酒店 絕對是非常驚艷的一次旅途 超棒的户外泳池景觀 酒店設施也非常的完善 環境衞生都很滿意 每一位接待我們的員工都很出色 尤其管家小湯 每一次尋求幫助時微信都回復效率極快 即便是夜晚都能很及時的解決我們的需求 確實是很用心的服務 下次再來溧陽 竹溪谷也一定會是首選 也希望下次再來竹溪谷也依然是管家小湯的全程陪伴

竹溪谷是這四年來每年暑假都要去的度假酒店，漫山的翠竹，清新的空氣，安靜的環境，可以品茗閲讀，可以游泳戲水，甚至什麼都不做，靜靜坐在露台放空都是一種享受，真的是完美的放鬆心靈之所。
這次去是郭成香管家接待的，已經是熟人了，貼心細緻的服務非常棒，比如我們一家四口住觀山，大沙發可以睡，不需要開口，開夜床的時候保潔大姐陳祖羣就直接幫我們把沙發鋪好被子套好，還問我們水夠不夠喝，這樣的體貼和默契是很難得的。期間還碰到很多問題小郭管家都及時協調解決，今年竹溪谷之旅完美收官。

第二次入住竹溪谷，預訂了三百多平的三房，升級了五百多平的三房，有泳池，私湯，桌球，中國象棋，國際象棋，圍棋，飛行棋，麻將桌，還送了南山竹海個御水温泉和山水園的門票，性價比太高了😀，下次帶小寶再來爽～～～
