這次專程帶家裡兩位長者入住了竹溪谷，硬件環境就不贅述了，絕對是天花板級別的！必須給大家介紹的是酒店的管家服務！
沒有入住前總考慮的是房間位置好不好，朝向好不好，動線是否適合老年人。
直到一位叫孔南的管家聯繫我後，打消了我所有顧慮。孔南直接跑去房間拍了視頻，一一介紹房型，朝向，以及長者的卧室安排，這個真的是沒想到，這酒店的服務在入住前一天就已經開始了。

酒店泡温泉設定不合理。每次要讓別人來幫忙放水，還要提前1個多小時。泡好以後過一會就涼了，想再加也不行。為什麼不能設定自動出熱水。畢竟酒店檔次都在這裏了。

最驚艷的是房間，真的好大，看得出設計的用心。風景也不錯，在山裡坐電梯也是奇妙的體驗。臨危授命的胡如意管家小姑娘很熱心，反應也很快。願意給管家5分滿分。到温泉也很方便，有幾個池子不錯。
會推薦給江浙滬周邊朋友短途行。但還是有一些可以提升的地方。在竹林湖景中有一大片工地，稍微有點影響視野，希望儘快蓋好。最大的問題是整體的服務細節，感覺硬件很好，軟件服務還差一些。年輕員工有一半的感覺剛剛被培訓，比如話説不清楚，無法處理小問題等。早餐自助的時候，第一次遇見食物還剩一半的時候，去拿飲品，3分鐘就被全收走了…有點無語。整個的流程還是不是很順暢。温泉裏的硬推廣有點多。希望未來服務更上一層樓
