這家酒店的服務真的讓人暖到心坎裏！到店後前台單瑞小姐姐主動加了微信，辦入住時就貼心介紹了遊玩攻略 入住後更是細節滿滿

酒店環境不錯 天目湖的絕美景色，湖光山色盡收眼底，環境雅緻又舒適。早餐種類超豐富，中西式搭配得宜，新鮮又美味，開啟元氣滿滿的一天。
快到酒店時單瑞就主動出來迎接，還細心遞上雨傘。辦完入住後，又貼心送我們回車子旁，全程幫忙打傘擋雨，太暖心了。之後每天都會熱情問候，主動詢問有沒有不滿意的地方，這種細緻入微的關懷讓人感覺像回家一樣。
性價比超高，體驗感滿分，下次來天目湖一定還選這裏！

這次半島酒店的別墅絕對驚艷到了我們，首先給我們升級成了四居室是第一驚喜，打開房門寬敞的客廳和四個乾淨整潔的房間以及面湖的陽台是第二大驚喜，管家甘婷的二十四小時在線的貼心服務是第三大驚喜。房間的洗漱用品是歐舒丹，主卧的衣帽間和帶浴缸的衞生間簡直是物超所值，入住體驗感100分！

家中長者93歲生日，帶着一家老小選擇這裏慶生度假，本來還擔心家人是否喜歡這裏，過來以後超預期的服務，讓家人們都很開心。這次的管家甘婷，事無鉅細，實在太周到了!有什麼疑問和需要，都會立刻得到她的迴應和幫助，非常靠譜!讓整個旅程非常愉悦。度假村內的接駁司機們，大多也笑容滿面，非常熱情，特別是李愛蓮阿姨和羅燈師傅，還有第一天入住時關注到我們有長者不方便走樓梯而給我們換房的接車師傅和搬運阿姨，都要給他們一個大大的贊👍🏻是個很完美的度假聖地，臨走時，長者説之後還想來。

第二次入住涵田，這次選了獨棟半島酒店，體驗感依舊驚艷！推開窗就是絕美的湖景，山水相映成趣，每一瞥都讓人心情舒暢。温泉氤氲着暖意，泡在裏面看風景，愜意得不想離開。
特別想誇誇前台單瑞，服務熱情又貼心，全程笑臉相迎，辦理入住高效順暢。得知是生日，還準備了驚喜蛋糕，心意滿滿。從環境到服務都挑不出毛病，這樣的細節和誠意，讓人住着格外舒心。已經開始期待下一次再來啦，必須給滿分好評！
