這家酒店環境很好 尤其是雲頂區域，視野絕了，抬頭就是天目湖的美景，開闊又治癒，隨手一拍都是大片。前台單瑞的服務更是錦上添花，到店時熱情問候，笑容特別有感染力，還細心介紹了房間細節 早餐時間這些小細節都一一叮囑，讓人感覺特別周到。從環境到服務都挑不出毛病，住得超舒心，推薦給計劃來天目湖的朋友，五星好評 絕對不踩雷！

別墅區清幽，在養心谷快捷辦理入住，行李都不用卸下來。有接駁車帶着開去別墅區，有專門的停車場。在度假區內活動進進出出都可以叫接駁車，車來得很快不用等很久。雙卧別墅門口一段石階小路拾級而上便是入户門。小哥會幫忙把行李搬上樓，長者來也不用擔心。房間明亮乾淨，空調非常給力。
特別要點讚的是管家甘婷的服務。帶娃帶長者的家庭需求多多，都能非常及時響應協調。
夏日活動多多，到處可以遛娃放電，完全可以不用出去就能豐富度過快樂的週末，雲頂bar風景絕贊，夏日雷雨的午後，湖景山景更美，是個享受慢生活的好去處～

酒店環境不錯 天目湖的絕美景色，湖光山色盡收眼底，環境雅緻又舒適。早餐種類超豐富，中西式搭配得宜，新鮮又美味，開啟元氣滿滿的一天。
快到酒店時單瑞就主動出來迎接，還細心遞上雨傘。辦完入住後，又貼心送我們回車子旁，全程幫忙打傘擋雨，太暖心了。之後每天都會熱情問候，主動詢問有沒有不滿意的地方，這種細緻入微的關懷讓人感覺像回家一樣。
性價比超高，體驗感滿分，下次來天目湖一定還選這裏！

這次半島酒店的別墅絕對驚艷到了我們，首先給我們升級成了四居室是第一驚喜，打開房門寬敞的客廳和四個乾淨整潔的房間以及面湖的陽台是第二大驚喜，管家甘婷的二十四小時在線的貼心服務是第三大驚喜。房間的洗漱用品是歐舒丹，主卧的衣帽間和帶浴缸的衞生間簡直是物超所值，入住體驗感100分！

家中長者93歲生日，帶着一家老小選擇這裏慶生度假，本來還擔心家人是否喜歡這裏，過來以後超預期的服務，讓家人們都很開心。這次的管家甘婷，事無鉅細，實在太周到了!有什麼疑問和需要，都會立刻得到她的迴應和幫助，非常靠譜!讓整個旅程非常愉悦。度假村內的接駁司機們，大多也笑容滿面，非常熱情，特別是李愛蓮阿姨和羅燈師傅，還有第一天入住時關注到我們有長者不方便走樓梯而給我們換房的接車師傅和搬運阿姨，都要給他們一個大大的贊👍🏻是個很完美的度假聖地，臨走時，長者説之後還想來。
