8月的尾聲，想陪爸媽出去走走，選擇了3天2晚的天目湖，組團8人，最大的要91 歲，最小也要50+ 了，我這個團長壓力真不小，慶幸的是選擇了涵田度假村，又遇上了酒店管家～甘婷 。出發前就接到了管家甘婷的電話，當詢問得知我們的情況後，又瞭解了我的擔憂，甘婷管家主動聯繫領導，幫我們把原定的2棟別墅升級，並且調整在一起，路更好走沒有台階。
酒店環境優美，情不自禁的感歎，“湖光山色映畫框，翠竹輕搖扶微光”。酒店餐食可口，短駁車員服務熱情，從細節中都能看出這家酒店領導管理有方，員工們又是執行力強 。👍
在度假中還發生了插曲，家人意外被摩託車排氣管燙傷，在一籌莫展中抱着試試看的心情聯繫了管家甘婷，甘婷二話不説通過領導跨部門到廚房調來了一支新的燙傷葯膏，並且送來一大桶冰 ，讓家人得到了及時救助，家人説雖然遺憾沒能泡上温泉，但酒店的及時救助暖心，減輕了病痛，也絲毫沒有影響到後面的心情。還有我的小姨一定要讓我感謝在半山温泉工作的劉夢潔小姐姐，她見60+我的小姨泡温泉腿腳不便，便主動一路跟隨幫她拿東西，一路關心，還給小姨拍了美照，圓了一位長者也有愛美之心的心願，值得表揚👍
美好的假期總是這麼短暫，涵田度假酒店這次給家人們留下了美好的回憶，每一位都給酒店打上了5星好評，酒店老少咸宜。我的點評是自己的親身感受，這是點評也是一份寫過甘婷、劉夢潔的感謝信，祝福酒店，生意興隆，順頌商祺！

室內外景色皆佳，雲頂的山水景緻堪稱一絕，讓人豁然開朗。四十多個室外温泉池是王牌，邊泡温泉邊賞景，舒適又出片。前台單瑞服務超讚，提前發攻略超貼心，小小身體還幫忙拿行 李園區接駁車便利，住得舒心又安心，五星好評實至名歸

特別滿意的一次出行，帶父母對酒店要求比較高，酒店各種服務都很到位，接駁車隨叫隨到，不但給升級了3居別墅，還給長者準備了輪椅，換了枕頭，可以説要啥給啥，哈哈哈，特別感謝一下管家郝靜怡小美女，超級棒，訊息回覆快速，各種出行提醒，特別貼心，有機會還會去，爸媽特別喜歡那裡的温泉，景色無敵

住過很多別墅酒店，很少寫點評，所有酒店差別不大，但是這家給我留下深刻印象，能把車開到別墅前停着，感知上就已經超越了好多酒店。然後是管家無微不至的服務，訂好酒店後管家單瑞很快加了我微信，提前瞭解我們需求，在行程每個環節，及時提醒注意事項，所有問題很快能獲得解答，讓我們感覺很温馨。酒店的管理和規劃也很好，風景絕美，尤其雲頂的景色更是讓人心曠神怡。酒店的活動豐富多彩，有做茶品茗，有音聲療愈，家裡成員無論老幼都有合適的活動。酒店的温泉也是一絕，剛開始還吐槽泡個温泉還要爬山，等看到了無邊泳池和半山温泉，一切都值得了，泡着温泉欣賞着景色，完全達到了旅行放鬆的目的。
總而言之，是一次讓全家老小都非常滿意的旅行，好多朋友來問是哪裡，毫不猶豫會推薦給身邊朋友，自己有機會也會再來！
