前台小姐姐服務很熱情，房間乾淨整潔，門口一大片荷花池塘，景色宜人，離天目湖水世界幾分鐘路程，去景區遊玩很方便，會推薦朋友來入住。

酒店其實地理位置與周邊環境非常不錯，但也是因為在水位線以下，十分潮濕，而酒店的空調系統看來經常出故障或者因為其他原因不能完全使用，所以酒店的房間牆面與其他設備維護的很不理想，有點糟糕，另外就是衞生設施完全敞開式，對於家庭合住或者朋友同住非常沒有私密性，也是硬傷。最後就是早餐，客人少的時候單獨單人份送到房間非常不錯，但反而開了自助餐了，食品太糟糕，品種少得可憐，添補食品也不及時，導致完全無法吃飽。

房間乾淨整潔，一眼看去很舒服，酒店門口有一個小湖，裏面荷花正在綻放，圍繞小湖的是健身跑道，早晚漫步湖畔是一種愜意的享受。離天目湖山水園很近步行五六分鐘的路程，朋友來玩首推。
