國慶節之後錯峯過來旅遊的，選了這家看山景的民宿酒店，距離南山竹海景區非常近，步行六七分鐘就可以了，老闆人很好，樓下就是餐廳，口味不錯，住店客人打八八折！總體體驗不錯，性價比很高，值得推薦！

和家人一起到南山竹海玩 在攜程上看着這個酒店環境不錯 就定了 酒店是不大的 但是環境不錯 有個小院很有意境 房間也是乾乾淨淨的 酒店的早餐我個人和家人覺得很不錯
服務：服務好 很熱情
環境：離御水温泉非常近 離南山竹海也很近 走路幾分鐘
衞生：乾淨整潔

位置在南山竹海景區旁邊 ，本以為周邊齊全 ，但相反，發現全是景區服務，又貴又少，外賣都點不到，性價比不高。客棧自己開的飯店，晚上怕跑在裏面吃的，其他不説，魚頭味道非常失敗，魚湯胡椒粉味蓋過了魚味，湯不白不濃，和以前吃的天目湖魚頭完全不一樣 ！而住宿方面不能説是酒店，衹能是客棧，平常三百多的費用還是合理的，節假日就不行了！沒有電梯，四樓要爬！

公共區域看起來還是比較新的，房間裏面看起來有點舊，牆壁斑駁，而且衞生條件真心一般…枕套有污漬，牆壁上開關厚厚的灰塵，沒有電梯，國慶還能近一千的房價。早餐看起來不行，都沒吃，看了一眼選擇了出去吃……
