涵田環境的視野真的絕了，每一幀都像壁紙！温泉體驗超棒，泡着渾身舒暢，雲頂的景色更是美得讓人失語。
必須重點誇誇酒店的服務，尤其是我的管家單瑞，簡直是滿分服務的代名詞！提前一天就主動聯繫我，細緻詢問需求，全程有應必回，超級靠譜。辦完入住還貼心幫忙拿行李，熱情又周到。到房間後各種細節提醒也很到位，處處都能感受到用心。
這樣的環境+這樣的服務，必須給五星好評，體驗感直接拉滿，下次一定還來！

前台單瑞一個大大的贊！還沒入住，單瑞就提前發來遊玩攻略
原本預訂的房型是大床房 單瑞幫忙協調到滿意的標間，全程耐心又高效。入住後更是有求必應，推薦的幾個小眾景點超棒，避開了人潮。每天出門時的問候、回房時整潔的房間，細節處都透着用心。

環境很好 有山有水 房間通風好，細節處透着用心。早餐種類超豐富，熱菜、點心、水果應有盡有，新鮮又美味，都能吃得滿足。
特別是前台單瑞，服務太貼心了！辦理入住時主動告知房間備有蚊香和花露水，特別周到。之後每天都會熱情問候，有任何需求都響應迅速，有問必答，讓人感覺像家人一樣温暖。住得舒心又安心，下次來一定還選這裏，強烈推薦！

涵田的環境真的絕了，依山傍水，推開窗就是滿眼綠意，太治癒了！早餐種類超豐富，中西式都有，吃得特別滿足。中餐廳一定要試試魚頭湯，鮮掉眉毛，果然名不虛傳。
服務更是沒話説，前台單瑞小姐姐必須點名誇，有求必應超給力，每天都會主動問候，入住後還細心提醒各種注意事項，貼心到心坎裏。
全程體驗感滿分，必須給五星！下次來天目湖，果斷還選涵田，已經開始期待再來了～

此條評價為7歲小朋友要求全五星好評。房間好評，有桑拿房，上下層小朋友玩的很開心。管家甘婷人漂亮，説話非常温柔，入住前兩天就加微信發位置告知入住事項，入住期間也是有求必應，響應非常快，我們入住期間需要換一次房，也是幫忙協調，免除了換房帶來的麻煩。整個養心谷遇到的工作人員都非常好，小朋友已經期待下次了。
