這次入住超乎意外的滿意，我們開車進山裡很晚才到，小修經理下班了，晚上十點多還在酒店迎接我們的到來，得知我們過生日房間佈置的也非常的漂亮；考慮到我們人多，還特意幫我們免費鋪了梳化床 ，中餐廳魚頭湯也很好喝，有這樣暖心且有責任感的員工在，相信酒店會來越來越好

溧陽曲禪裏温泉度假酒店環境優美，空氣清新，小陶管家的服務更是錦上添花。入住時他熱情地幫我升級了房型，房間帶獨立温泉池，景色迷人。每天都會主動詢問我的需求，幫我安排車輛、預訂餐廳。温泉水質很好，泡完皮膚滑滑的。早餐有很多本地特色小吃，味道正宗。小陶管家的細心和熱情讓這次旅行變得格外美好，值得推薦！

親子度假的不二選擇，小修經理非常熱情 酒店乾淨衞生 和他對接每次都很熱情，總能解決客有所需，加班加點還在幫助我們解決問題，
原本旅拍預約滿了，小修幫我立即聯繫了 酒店的旅拍攝影部負責人JASON，服務很好，拍的超級自然有氛圍感，關鍵還遇到了老鄉，他鄉遇故知，體驗不錯。

其他總體來説很滿意，特別是小修的服務。但是第一天晚上那個床單睡的癢了一晚上，第二天換了才沒有繼續癢。管家小修很熱情 全程跟進我們服務 中餐廳飯菜也很好吃，小修都是及時幫我們對接，避免我們等待時間。

從入住到離店就能感受到小修經理服務非常熱情，入住期間不斷的幫助我們對接酒店的各項事情，得知我懷孕，也貼心地幫助我們安排了好點的房間，退房了，也親力親為把我們送到樓下地下停車場，貼心的請我們送上車上，儘管入住期間有一些不愉快的事情發生，房間的浴巾，沒想到是臟的，但是和他聯繫，他第一時間幫我們去處理解決，非常熱情，真誠向我們道歉，衝著服務還會回購。

因為淡季人不多，做了房間升級，陽台上看到了户外草坪婚禮，但是關上門隔音很好，也不吵。
