The hotel feels very good, with high quality and low price. The receptionist Qian Yang was enthusiastic and offered free room upgrades. The introduction was very detailed and the breakfast was also very good. There are not many varieties, but they are all the best, and they are not cheap. They are enough to eat. I will choose them again in the summer. You can also swim in the swimming pool🏊

Nobody spoke English. Checkin with passport was kind of long and resulted in many unnecessary questions. I asked for non-smoking room but clearly I could smell it in the room and there was ashtray on the table. I was afraid to use the AC because it looked dirty. On the second day the reception girl was very very nice also the ones in the SPA.

This is one of the best vacations I have ever been on. The hotel location is beautiful, if you are a nature lover then this is a place to visit. There is a lot of fun things to do within the area. There are hot springs, boat riding, quad biking, zip lining and children’s play areas just to name a few. A lot of these activities are within walking distance from the hotel and if you’re not a fan of walking, the hotel provides free transportation to all the surrounding sites and amenities. The room was spacious and the staff cleaned the room thoroughly every morning. The views from our room were stunning and the service was flawless. My family and I will definitely be returning and we’ll be recommending it to everyone. 👍🏾🥰

I have always been attracted by the beautiful mountains and wilds♨️. This time, I took my family to check in during off-peak hours... As expected, the recommendations from my friends were great... As soon as we arrived at the resort... the housekeeper Ma Siwen warmly entertained us... The lady introduced the various facilities and projects in the resort while driving... which made us look forward to this vacation even more... This time, we booked a panoramic one-bedroom room with a hot spring bathtub on the balcony... The beautiful scenery of the mountains is unobstructed... The room has air conditioning and floor heating... There is also a climbing wall for the kids to play... The comfort level is quite high If you have any questions in the resort, you can find the housekeeper. The lady will not only help with reservations, They will pick us up on time... The Shenma Farm opposite the hotel is also a very good place to play, especially for kids...You can feed animals, ride horses, and have handicraft workshops...I saw a newborn lamb ”Chu Er” on the farm, which was very friendly...The kids played until the park closed before returning to the resort We also visited many popular attractions in the past two days...Every day when we come back, we soak in a hot spring, and all the fatigue of the day disappears...If you travel with a family, you can make an appointment for a private hot spring, both indoors and outdoors... In general, the family is quite satisfied with this trip, and the kids have asked to plan a second trip to the resort...

I wanted to go to Nanshan Bamboo Sea during the Spring Festival. I chose this hotel and bought a package. The price is very high. The hotel is very new and the service is very good. The housekeeper, Xiao Liang, contacted us one day in advance and waited for us in the lobby when we arrived the next day. Send your luggage to your room. Give a big thumbs up! On the day we went, their restaurant was holding an annual meeting, but the waiter was not unhappy or urged when we ordered dinner. In addition, the hotel has a large outdoor swimming pool, it must be fun in summer

The room is indeed small, but it is well-equipped, clean and hygienic, and has a yard, so you can get a comfortable sun in the morning in winter. The inn is very close to Yushui Hot Spring, just two or three minutes' walk away, which is very convenient. The front desk was also very enthusiastic and gave a small gift before leaving. The only drawback is the breakfast, which is average. The price of 68 is a bit too much, hahaha, but it does not affect the overall experience. I will come again if I have the chance.

The hotel is right next to Tianmu Hot Spring. I stayed here with my parents and kids for two days during the May Day holiday. The hotel gave 2 hot spring tickets per room per night, a total of 8 tickets, and we soaked in the hot spring for two consecutive days. Good reviews! Parking is also very convenient at the hotel. There is a large parking lot at the entrance. It was not full during the May Day holiday. It was very large. When checking out, the front desk gave the kid a teddy bear and a souvenir.

With our own private pool and in-house hot spring tub, we were enjoying a wonderful off-season quiet stay at this beautiful resort. The location is superb. Our villa is surrounded by lush vegetation, trees and bamboo forest. The villa has a large sitting room with tea table, oversized sofas and a crystal sharp TV. The bedroom is also very large with soft duvet cover. A huge bathroom with shower and toilet separated. Amenities are luxuries and in good sizes. The best of all was the service. We were pampered by ever detailed attention from the resort staff. The breakfast was also rich in local highlight's and delicious. We heard the resort will be snow capped during the winter time. We cannot wait coming back to see the different sight.

The service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

I like the first floor very much, except for a bathtub. I had no choice but to live on the second floor. It is super quiet, and the Chinese breakfast is quite satisfactory. If you go to Zhuhai, you can solve it in one stop.
