Hampton Inn & Suites Howell

My wife and I spent one night at Hampton Inn & Suites Howell as a stopover on our way to a wedding in MI. We came from the New York City area. We arrived around 7pm and the the Service Rep (forgot her name) was exceptionally nice, welcoming, and helpful. We asked about places to eat and to walk and she directed us to a walking area by a lake that was really nice and to a ”speak-easy” type of restaurant (2 Fogs Pub) in the downtown of Howell. Both of her recommendations were spot-on and we had a great time walking and having dinner. Thank you! Our room was really nice. The facility is very new (opened in August of 2022) and its condition was excellent. The room was exceptionally clean, quiet, and well maintained. Breakfast was standard and better than most. It was well stocked and attended with helpful staff. It was a wonderful stay and will be back if we ever need to stay in the area again. We will choose this location with no hesitations and recommend it highly. Thank you very much!

If you're looking for easy access to the expressway, shopping, and beautiful downtown not far away, this is a great lodging option. A newer hotel, the entire premises was clean and appealing to the eye. Located on a street that leads behind Target, Home Depot, Chilis, and IHOP with a side street near the hotel that leads out to another corridor and a traffic light near Meijer. Downtown offered quaint shopping and beautiful holiday lighting. There is also a back way to access Kohl's and Costco (to avoid the crazy round-abouts). Complimentary parking in the front, side, and back accessible with a card, elevators and pool are near the back side of hotel. Our room has a king size bed, roomy walk in shower with the vanity mirror well lit, a mini fridge, microwave, k-cup coffee maker, ironing board and iron, bench for luggage, mounted TV w remote (even had sleep timer) and HBO, desk and chaise lounge. The continental breakfast included the usual light fair including oatmeal and toppings, yogurt, fruit, scrambled eggs, sausage links and patties, cold cereal, and a nifty pancake maker than resembles the old Easy Bake Oven. We stayed two nights and received housekeeping services including bed remade, fresh towels and cleaned bathroom. The bed was firm w a euro top and comfy pillows and bedding. No suggestions to management as everything was as it should be.

Absolutely loved my stay here. The staff is outstanding and the accommodations quite remarkable. Thank you so much to Sarah, Ed, Barbara, Melissa, Leann, Nick and all of the crew that made my stay so much more comfortable. Very clean hotel. Jacuzzi suite recommended! The pool is a great swim for laps. Breakfast is always different in the morning and I can’t say enough about such a wonderful stay. Right off the expressway and local to businesses everywhere in Brighton. I can’t say enough about them! Bravo and thank you to you all! I tried to get everyone’s names so if I left you off the list my apologies! I look forward to staying with you always!

I had to find a hotel room in the area due to power outages and was very happy that this property still had one room left. I was checked in very quickly and the room I was given was actually an upgrade to a suite. The room was clean, spacious and had all the amenities one would expect for a good hotel chain.

The staff here were especially helpful and caring including the GM, but especially Pauline in the breakfast room and Ricky on the maintenance staff. The beds were clean, sheets were crisp, and mattress very comfortable. The full size sparkling clean pool was the best. The included breakfast was fresh & delicious

We booked our room for a nearby family wedding. We were more than pleased at the room size, cleanliness, comfort, and service. The room amenities (kitchenette, plates/cups, work station etc) were far beyond what was expected for the price. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, even providing dining options in the area. The bed was amazingly comfortable and we got a great night's sleep. The room was super clean as well. There was not one thing we would change and will stay again.
