When we arrived we did not have prior information that they should have sent us about the delivery of a deposit, nor had we been informed of the place where it had to be paid. When we arrived at the place of accommodation they did not consent to give us the access credentials until we had walked a kilometer to pay said deposit. After returning to the place of accommodation and after spending a lot of time on the 31st resolving things, they gave us an apartment that did not correspond, smaller and with one less bed, even so we were so tired and it was getting dark on New Year's Eve, so we decided to settle, after returning 50 pounds, which although it did not seem enough to us, we accepted due to the siege, our lack of language and fatigue. When we got back to the apartment there was only one fork for five people which was the reserve so we had to dine with our hands, there were no big towels for everyone, the sofa bed was super uncomfortable and the sheets on the sofa bed looked worn. There was no tea towel so we had to use a towel to clean the counter and table, there was no broom or mop to keep the apartment clean, they only left one roll of toilet paper for everyone and the bin was full to our arrival.
When we had to check out, the person in charge of the reception was not at his job, he arrived late, which caused us another damage, having to take a taxi to the airport since we would be late if we returned by bus as we had planned. . The reception service was very bad from the beginning but by far the worst thing was the haughty and cocky attitude that one of the employees maintained at all times, tall, dark-skinned, with little hair, with Arabic signs. He was rude and arrogant when we exposed these problems to him and told him that we were going to be late for the airport
