Avoid this company! We got halfway through planning my sisters Hen weekend for nearly 30 people. They don’t reply when promised, I’m still waiting a reply from 12/01 planning a hen is so stressful and they don’t help to make it stress free!

Never ever stayed in an apartment this bad! So depressing that it looked nothing like the picture. It was dirty, old, rough around the edges, not an apartment style if you can’t do washing, dishwashing and cooking with no tea towel or pots and pans. There was only 1 pot! Lights/ power went off just suddenly, the couch had some kind of shavings on it, lift smelt like a mixture of vomit and ****, undies under the bed from the previous people, couches were torn. This place is tired looking and just not pleasant to be in. Not very organised and asked for wayyy too many procedures to be completed before check in. Absolutely disgusted at the standard of this accommodation. The only thing that was positive was that George was great with communication.
