Family of 5 we booked a 2 bedroom apartment bedroom 1 double bed Bedroom 2 double and single bed Got there one double in each no single tried to phone no answer messaged and got a short message saying sofa bed downstairs! Found a duvet and pillow but no bed sheets . So the 3 had to share a double . They ask for £300 deposit for damages 🤣 the place was damaged anyway look in photos i took them once we got in . Have tried to get a refund as the room is nothing like described dodgy painting job in each room 1/2 wall magnolia 1/2 white lines everywhere we paid over £200 for 1 night if i were you don't book . awful customer service when i tried to rectify the situation
