Dukes Street Apartment Hotel

Family of 5 we booked a 2 bedroom apartment bedroom 1 double bed Bedroom 2 double and single bed Got there one double in each no single tried to phone no answer messaged and got a short message saying sofa bed downstairs! Found a duvet and pillow but no bed sheets . So the 3 had to share a double . They ask for £300 deposit for damages 🤣 the place was damaged anyway look in photos i took them once we got in . Have tried to get a refund as the room is nothing like described dodgy painting job in each room 1/2 wall magnolia 1/2 white lines everywhere we paid over £200 for 1 night if i were you don't book . awful customer service when i tried to rectify the situation

Stayed here for cousins hen do . There were 18 of us ranging in ages from 30-74. Arrived at 10 at night due to accident on road. We’re given codes that didn’t work so spent 20 trying to get in . Phoned owner and she was very rude and not helpful at all. The 2 apartments we booked we didn’t get . 1 room slept 4 and the other 14 . 14 people had to share 2 toilets and 1 shower. The toilet/ shower was up about 40 stairs . The 2 toilets next to each other . The room down the stairs had a few plug in air freshener but affected one girl’s asthma so we turned off. The smell of damp was rotten and 1 towel given for weekend stay . Also the fire exit door light was so bright that we all had but masks to wear to sleep. The security guard who was on on the Saturday night was very rude when we came in as well .Had a great weekend with the girls but will not be booking or recommending these apartments.

Booked for 4 friends. Did not see fine print on page 5. Took our booking and payment made in full Refused to honour booking or provide a refund Avoid at all costs ! Terrible PR and Admin based in Australia There was an arrogance in attitude and no flexibility about a genuine honest mistake made by 4 young women. I honestly think this sis a total scam
