air conditioning doesn't work continuously. the room size doesn’t same as the reserved one.

The WiFi was working and the bathroom floor was cracked!

A decent enough place with nice staff. I’ve seen similar reviews call this place budget but the price per night for us was no less than the others around the area. We chose this venue as it was a short walk from the event we were attending. Barring its convenient location there’s not a lot else to be positive about. The climate control was decent, the bathroom was spacious and clean and amenities were as expected. However, the beds were and I don’t say this lightly; the worst beds we have ever slept on. When you first sit down the first thing you notice is the lack of give in the mattress, then you get into the bed and it gets worse, the middle of the bed dips inwards like a flexible ruler. I couldn’t get comfortable no matter which direction I tried to sleep in. For me and I’d hope for everyone else the bed is the most important part of a hotel stay especially after a long night. And as I say this stay was no cheaper than the competing hotels in the area. Overall we were left with back pain and a feeling of dissatisfaction to be honest, we wouldn’t stay here again.

The floor was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, even the cloakroom was dirty. The shower was awful. The guy at the till was nice (I hope he gets hired somewhere else). The table was noisy and the window had a view on a dirty roof. DON'T EVER GO THERE!

Get what you pay for. Don’t expect 5 star service or fancy filter coffee. Breakfast coffee served in disposable cups😀 But staff nice and friendly and room was clean if a little basic and dated. Powerful shower and convenient location. So served a purpose.

Stayed here for a few days away with friends. Third time staying at this hotel and they've never let us down yet. Spacious room for 4 ideal for a girlie getaway. Really clean and plenty of space for us all to get ready. Lovely power shower and air com. Would definitely recommend. Great value for one!

Hotel was cheap which was great but reflects the quality. Room was spacious but stank of bleach and the floor was dirty. Walls were a mess, bathroom floor was cracked and generally in need of a refit. The lower ground rooms are subject to not only the noise above but also the train station! So you can hear all the trains going over above. Fine for one night given the price but wouldn’t advise for any longer. Good location.

12 girls went in 3 rooms for a hen do. Couldn't check in early but they had storage for our bags which was super helpful. The rooms were spacious and very clean! Had our night out and on site staff let us back in at an ungodly hour. Welcome was very friendly and entertaining. The rooms were great to stay in, I found my bed a bit springy but hey that's just me, no one else had a complaint. Had breakfast in the morning, it was clear the member of staff was a bit overwhelmed but she smashed the breakfast out! You got to remember to be kind and patient. My only downside was the hold on the deposit. Took a little over a week to come back to my bank but I called the staff to check everything was okay and was reassured my money was coming back. It's not the staffs fault there's a hold and I completely get it, maybe a cash deposit might be something to look in to?

I stayed here twice in the same week. Had a lovely chat with the security guard on the first night and on my second stay I'd been given an upgrade. The night security guard was lovely. The reception staff that I called during the day was really helpful. Rooms are clean and the location is perfect for everything you need. Big shout out to the night staff, I felt safe and he was just lovely. Thank you for a great stay both times.
