My friend lost a smartphone there and couldn't contact the hotel at all. Poor impression. The location is good though.

Very good location, close to everything. U can walk to the shopping centre, cathedral, bombed out church, alberts dock, restaurants, in 15minutes. Quick check in and check out. Comfy beds and a big bath in the bathroom. Not tge best view from our room, but still worth the price.

Upon arrival we tried to check ourselves in but the whole process was slow and it didn’t work. When we finally got someone to help they even struggled to get our key cards to work. Just like to add the assistant was very helpful. Only one lift was working which didn’t help. The hairdryer was awful and the remote control didn’t work. I then had to go to reception. With only one member of staff this took a while as there was a queue of people having trouble with rooms and key cards not working. We also had this problem twice. They did give me a replacement for both. But the hairdryer was still not great. Lights in vanity area didn’t work. When requesting our room to be cleaned we had to do it in the morning. Which seems mad why couldn’t we request when we arrived. When we did get room cleaned they left a bag of rubbish on the floor and didn’t clean the cups. I’ve have stayed in many premier inns over the years and always thought they were good. But lately they have really become very low standard so I’m going to give them a miss from now on. On a positive note the staff were very friendly and helpful It must be so hard for them to work in this environment.
