My friend lost a smartphone there and couldn't contact the hotel at all. Poor impression.

We just spent 6 nights here. It’s in a perfect location with so many shops, bars and restaurants in the area. We upgraded to the premium rooms for the last few days. They are excellent and well worth the extra. Friendly staff as well. Great value for money.

Great premier inn, Lovely staff as always happy to help,Excellent breakfast served here too, Will definatley return for sure here as in ideal location also as only 2 mins from city center. Very good prices as booked a few weeks before stay as under £100 per night which was great value for city center hotel.

Very clean hotel.Everyone respected the privacy of others.The check in was fast we had tea coffee milk in the rooms television desk lovely comfortable bed with nice pillows.We were In the city centre so didn't need taxis to go to pubs and clubs in walking distance and the same for the Christmas markets and the shops.

Plenty of other hotels around , don’t stay here it’s a dump and the staff are shocking. Check in slow , only one lift working , bathroom covered in mould and curly hairs. Whole hotel is poor , food was disgusting and cold, staff don’t have a clue what’s going on and the manager was extremely rude

Stayed here one night as had tickets for a concert at the Philharmonic and too far to drive home. Fantastic value for the city centre location - paid £47 for room only when booked and paid in advance. Very central position. Felt safe, secure, clean, lovely staff. Have done this a few times now and very consistent offer from this brand.

Hotel is simple. Bed is comfortable. Room is spacious and has the amenities you need. Reception should have extra personnel for the busy periods. Our evening meal was great. Stanislav was very attentive and made sure we were having a good experience.

5 stars! My stay at Premier Inn was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Special thanks to duty manager Daniel who was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my visit. His friendly service made a real difference. Highly recommend for a convenient and pleasant stay in Liverpool!
