Absolutely perfect stay exactly where we wanted to be. Staff were helpful friendly. Rooms We're lovely, clean, comfortable, and had everything you would need.
Breakfast was brilliant, fresh fruit, full English pancakes pastrys
Looking forward to my next stay.

It is a beautiful hotel and the location is fabulous. However, the room is a bit old. Besides, some of the staff are not quite friendly.

Second time at this hotel, clean and helpful staff only thing letting it down is the size of the lifts. Didn't take my mobility scooter as didn't think it would fit in lift

Perfect location for a weekend in Liverpool, quiet and out of the city for good sleep but only 5 mins extra walk compared to staying at a central hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious, breakfast was fantastic

The hotel is very well located / right next to the Beatles museum, there are many restaurants nearby and the city center is 10 minutes' walk away.
