We changed to the highest floor of Building A and were very satisfied. The river view was beautiful and there was no blind spot. Hotel Wanda Realm Liuzhou is a 5-star Hotel located adjacent to Wanda Plaza Liuzhou, so you can get everything very easily without hassle. The hotel lobby is grande, the facilities is complete and in good condition, and my room is very clean. The buffet restaurant menu is also nice with a very reasonable price. In addition, the front desk staffs and the bell boy are very kind and polite, eventhough with a very limited English. It was a very pleasant stay in Wanda Realm Liuzhou. The hotel is located in New City, but still within 10-15 min driving to the Old City, where most of the Tourist Attraction located.

The hotel is near Yaobu ​​Ancient Town, so it is very convenient to go for food and visit attractions. The hotel room is large, clean and tidy. The two double beds perfectly meet the needs of a family traveling with their children. The service of the hotel front desk lady and housekeeper is very good and responsive to all requests. We couldn't find the laundry room without looking carefully, and we had to lead the way ourselves. The accommodation package I ordered includes afternoon tea and set meals, which can be used flexibly together and tastes good. The breakfast is quite rich, including special snail noodles, desserts, and little surprises.

The hotel is OK, and the price/performance ratio is quite high. I have two suggestions for the tourists who will come later. First, do not use the tea set, especially when drinking hot tea, you will definitely get burned. It is a good thing that the hotel has this, but the design of the tea set is too poor in practicality. Second, be sure to lock the door. In the middle of the night, the guest next door got mad because the staff pushed the door in. Although I was disturbed for an hour and could not fall asleep, I understand the people next door. It is really scary for you to push the door in the middle of the night. I did not book Zhaosheng originally, but booked here instead. This happened in the middle of the night, so I went to Zhaosheng in the next few days.

The hotel is in a very good location, with a shopping mall downstairs and a five-star commercial pedestrian street next to it. It is only a few hundred meters away from the Music Fountain Square and Liuhou Park. It is very convenient to visit Liuzhou. The service staff are very good. In addition to the regular dishes, there are also Guangxi specialty oil tea and Liuzhou snail noodles. The only shortcoming is that the facilities are too old. The bathroom is still a bathtub style, and the carpet is very dusty due to its age. I would like to express special thanks to the service staff that night. Because I am allergic to dust, I troubled the service staff to help change the room late at night. Although the new room also has this problem, I am really grateful to the waiters that night for doing their best to solve the problem for the guests.

The conference facilities are complete and suitable for business travelers. The gym and swimming pool are well-equipped, providing leisure and entertainment options. Overall, Ramada Plaza Liuzhou Dongcheng is a good quality accommodation choice.

My stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location with many restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping centers within walking distance. Hygiene: Generally good, but the hotel's panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows need deep cleaning. If you book a river view room like us, the photos taken during the day will basically be hazy. Take pictures in the evening. The hygiene of some locations is not in place. There are ”dirty things” left by previous guests on the windowsill outside the glass, and there is dust on the glass lamps. Still need to pay attention. Service: OK. The same lady greeted me when I checked in and checked out. She gave me a warm smile. Most of the other employees I met would say hello, but they were more formulaic in comparison. During the period, there was a male manager on duty who helped to deal with the problems encountered, and he was also more professional. After two days of breakfast, the breakfast restaurant staff would greet me except for the staff who led the table at the door. The other staff who met in the kitchen, patrol, including the staff who replenished paper towels and collected dirty meals, had zero communication with people. Facilities: The control panel in the room is more complicated to use. The electric toilet is connected to the power but cannot be used. There is a TV in the living room and bedroom, and both can be projected. IQiyi, Youku, and Tencent videos cannot be used, but bilibili can. The hair dryer is too old and the shampoo is not easy to use. The sofa chair by the bedroom window needs to be repaired. It is unstable. Arrived in Guilin in the afternoon and checked into the Lijiang Wangyue Hotel. It was amazing in all aspects. It is worth learning from the hotel leadership, haha😆.
