Chongqing to Liupanshui, 4 hours by high-speed rail! ♥♥♥Journey ♥Day 1: Arrive at Liupanshui Station at noon and take a taxi for 11 yuan to Boyao Garden Hotel. At dusk, walk 8 minutes from the hotel to Hecheng (Water City) Ancient Town and Fengchi Garden. ♥Day 2: Take a taxi from the hotel for about 15 yuan to the back of Foding Temple, halfway up the mountain. Continue 1 kilometer to the summit. Descend 🉑 and take the smaller path towards Fengchi Garden. ♥ Day 3: We took a taxi for about 20 yuan to Dewu Mutton Zhangji Hot Pot for lunch. For four of us (we met a Shanghainese woman along the way who invited us to dinner), the meal cost 180 yuan. We had two pounds of mixed lamb, and the vegetables were free. It was delicious. We dined at around 1:00 PM and took a taxi for over 20 yuan to the Meihua Mountain Cableway [from the Normal College]. Due to time constraints, we opted for the 168 yuan halfway up the mountain (including a round-trip cableway, glass bridge, and slide). We returned at 5:30, and the taxi back to the hotel was 30 yuan. The sound insulation is very poor. We booked two rooms. The room for my parents was particularly noisy and they couldn't sleep well. I went to see that there was a big gap under the door. Basically, people walking inside and outside could see the shadow of their footsteps. The elderly were also very dissatisfied with the fact that the hotel did not have a laundry room. I was dissatisfied with the fact that there was no wardrobe and no ironing board in the room. In summer, clothes for travel are mainly silk and linen. It is really terrible that they cannot hang, iron or wash them. The room is super small. It is not an exaggeration to say that this is the smallest room we have stayed in during our trip in China. The room we stayed in in Guiyang at the previous stop was at least twice as big. There was no place to sit or hang clothes. There was no place to put a medium-sized suitcase even if it was placed on the ground. The bathroom door blocked the main door. Every time someone went in, they had to squeeze in and out sideways. The breakfast was really average. The variety of drinks was satisfactory, including yogurt, soy milk, coffee and milk tea. The food tasted not very good. I, who am not picky about food, could not eat the rice noodles. Some of the cold dishes were too salty and some were too bland, the buns and dumplings were hard, I don't know, I really don't know what's going on.
