設施：新的酒店 什麼都很新 床很舒服 環境：乾淨 但是洗手間排水有點差 服務：這個是最噁心我的，首先我們晚上十一點多到達，專門從烏蒙山開車來住的，衝著寵物友好。我們定了兩個房間，然後入住的時候前台告知衹能先給一間房，另一間要我等，我以為是等一會，結果要我坐下等，過一會後麪的其他顧客問房況，前台回答他要等三四十分鐘。我問完才知道我也要等！ 然後問前台為什麼等，得到的解釋是過年衹有一個打掃人員，並且當天有人延遲退房所以沒辦法及時打掃完。 （但問題是我現在拿房是晚上十一點半？你延遲退房到幾點都好我晚上十一點多都沒能拿房？ ） 然後前台並沒做什麼多餘解釋跟道歉，直接問我掃了200元寵物入住按金，我舟車勞頓一天後還沒能入住我都主動配合給了。然後我問那現在快十二點了已經第二天了那我明天也可以延遲退房嗎？前台居然告訴我“不行，你必須要12點前退房！” 不明白為什麼別人可以隨意延遲退房佔用我的入住時間 ，而我就衹能準時按時退？（其實我不想要延遲腿發軟，第二天要趕路貴陽 ，衹是想個説法） 催了幾次之後有個男的經理來迅速給我們辦了入住（不明白是為什麼要等經理來才能入住？） 然後第二天我們中午十一點多準時退房，更噁心的來了，前台快速查房發現沒問題之後説不能馬上退按金！ 説昨天入住沒登記收了我的錢還是怎，要打電話給夜班的人核對，然後搞了很久，最後要我加v之後他們搞清楚誰收了我按金就退。 經歷了一頓折騰我不相信他們，所以我堅持要退了按金才走！之後又來了一個經理才先轉按金給我。 總的來説硬件4.5 服務：-10！

But the equipment is old, and the bathroom toiletries are the standard of the hotel. If the operator can do a good job in hygiene and service details, it is worthy of this price.

The rooms are spacious, the facilities are aging, and the overall facilities and environment are outdated, but the price/performance ratio is high. Charging piles are not very friendly to non-charging parking.
