房間很大，湖景不錯。熱水也很大洗澡舒服。最關鍵的是早餐豐盛，花樣繁多。性價比很高，樓下就是鳳池，吃了飯後散步安逸。以後有機會再來入住。

緊鄰水城古鎮和鳳池園的貴州飯店位置不錯停車方便，謝謝友善熱情給升級客房的前台帥哥小楊。房間床品非常舒適，落地大窗電動窗簾，窗外漂亮的鳳池園一覽無餘，客房服務盡心盡力房間整理得乾乾淨淨。自助早餐品種蠻多，羊肉粉很好吃。

這是一次非常糟糕的體驗，以下是我的真實反饋，絕不誇大！
到了六盤水貴州飯店22:00入住，第二天因為行程原因8:00需要退房，留給我的睡眠時間很短。
原本想的是好好睡一覺進行第二天的會議，沒想到酒店隔音非常非常不好，我住的是28樓還是27樓具體忘記了，洗漱完畢樓上一個男的開始瘋狂的吵架罵臟話扔東西打罵！這個時候我擔心樓上被家暴開始反饋給前台，不知前台有沒有處理，這個時候斷了大概40分鐘。
到了凌晨樓上又開始人打罵動靜特別大！這個時候我給前台總枱都分別打了幾遍讓處理，擔心出事，處理速度比較慢持續一小時解決不了問題，我清晰的聽到服務員與上面的對話，比較無語的點:
1、處理人員告知樓上先生我們在投訴，我清晰的聽到這位男士大聲叫到:我門都關了！讓她上來找我！請問這是酒店正確做法嗎？如果客人不理智，如何保證我們的安全？
2、在持續3小時的一口一句上面的** *** ，終於忍受不了讓酒店處理不了就報警，酒店總枱雖然道歉了，但是居然還略帶笑意的説要不你帶上耳機？
王炸來了，凌晨1點2點的追了一句建議要不你換個房間？
我請問呢？這是一個高檔酒店應該有的處理方式嗎？我被吵到被傷害我來換房間？
今早的處理方式如下:最開始在我的訂房基礎上給我申請了30元優惠，後面申請了8折優惠257元。我不需要這種形式的虛無道歉，沒有從客户的角度出發！
