酒店挺不錯的，不管是環境，還是服務，都挺好的，前台接待員cindy接待服務很滿意，還贈送禮品，非常滿意

設施：預訂的觀景豪華房，房間面積感覺沒有寫的那麼大，很侷促。預訂的時候問過有浴缸也看了點評的圖片，但是實際到了沒有。
衞生：衞生還可以的，有一個床單上有一塊黃色斑塊。
環境：電梯很慢，每次都要等好久。而且旅行團很多特別吵鬧，吃早餐更是無語，收拾的桌面很慢，用餐地方有限，人很多！！！體驗不好，餐食很一般，跟五星不搭噶！
服務：服務是我要吐槽的點，預訂前特意打電話問了幾個問題，預訂到店就都變了，而且他們酒店有個問題，就是接待無論是電話還是當面都是説話很楞，語氣完全沒有服務行業的熱情和親合！
