Breakfast is not bad, except for vegetables, regular milk, eggs, fruits, etc. Although the location is not on the most prosperous riverside, it will take 10-20 minutes to get to the river and 10 minutes to the Clinton Museum. The facilities are a bit old, but the price is not bad. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the airport, on call, when the bus goes out to send someone else, the hotel is called Uber, free to the airport, the service is thoughtful!

I recently lost my house from a fire we lost everything! I originally stayed at the courtyard downtown which was way too pricey and not even a very nice room. I was happily surprised when I called to make a reservation here and the woman on the phone was kind & helpful & even got me a discounted rate! Check in went smooth and the front desk staff was very welcoming. The lobby & breakfast area is large and has a nice modern vibe. I booked a 2 queen bed room and I was so impressed with the room! The bathroom was huge!! The fridge was a larger size mini fridge that worked very well (my last rooms had terrible fridges) the courtyard also didn't have microwaves in their rooms so I was pleased to see 1. I loved the detachable shower head and there was a large closet with a mirror as the door. I was really pleased with this hotel up until I went downstairs to their market at about 4 AM I grabbed a couple pops and as soon as I went to pay the guy at the desk came running out from the back office screaming at me that the market was closed going on to say the light was off so that means it's C L O S E D! (He spelled it out for me) I was confused and asked if I did something wrong he continued to scream at me to put the things back and before I could say another word he told me no! There are no vending machines on the property if I wanted something to drink I would have to leave the property and buy them somewhere else. I tried asking why it was closed and why he was screaming at me as if I had done something wrong and said bye bye! And went back to the back room behind the desk slamming the door. I have no idea what his problem was I have never seen a market close at hotel before guests shouldn't have to leave the property at 4 am if they want something to drink and definitely shouldn't be chased off and screamed at and given no explanation for his madness. This guy was absolutely INSANE! I will definitely be talking with the manager in the morning. I feel like such a Karen right now I NEVER leave reviews or talk to management but I am so upset right now. Overall I am really happy with the hotel and the rest of the staff I will be staying here again hopefully the overnight guy gets his act together

I am very familiar with the SpringHill Suites. The room was as expected, except there still was no room service…had to request it, but they didn’t tell us that at check in. The room AC was on, but it had trouble getting to the set temperature. The beds were very comfy. The breakfast, is usually what I like about Marriott chains…the consistency. Well, there was a ‘hot’ version that had an omelette thing wrapped, and a waffle quarter wrapped. Omelette thing was warm and a bit soggy and the waffle was cold, wet and soggy (threw it out). The person working the breakfast area was working her tail off. There wasn’t much else besides cereal. So our second morning on our way out of town we ate our breakfast out.

Highly recommend! Kudos to the staff and management. This stay ticked all the ”EXCELLENT” boxes. Room is clean and well-equipped. Parking lot is clean and has good lighting at night. Bed is comfortable. HVAC works as it should. Decent complimentary breakfast with HOT coffee, hot breakfast sandwiches, make-you-own waffles, etc. Room has an above average kitchenette. I did not need that on this trip, but will keep it in mind for leisure trips. Also pet friendly -- big plus! -- and the hotel common areas are spotless despite the presence of some big, friendly dogs. EVERY staff interaction was positive. Special thanks to Kelvin who went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue with printing to the guest printer when my laptop was uncooperative. Could not be more pleased. What a contrast to the last hotel. I checked out in Rogers, AR, on Friday morning and drove down to Little Rock for the final two nights of this marathon business trip. Worked late last night and was so very happy to return to a cool and comfortable hotel room with the bed made and towels replaced. I am well rested, had a good breakfast, and ready to drive six hours home. Thank you, Home2Suites!

This hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in and me and my family travel a lot. My youth Footballl organization have stayed at this location on 3 different occasions when we came to Little Rock, Arkansas for unrestricted nationals for AAU. Each time the it gets better and better. The general manager Tracy is one of the best in the business and follow up with me until the day our organization arrived on site. Tracy have showed us great hospitality each and every time we stayed at the hotel. The accommodations that the hotel has is one of a kind. Breakfast buffet, nice bar, huge and clean rooms, and very well mannered staff. This hotel will continue to have our business when we come to town, because I know we will get top notch service!!! I have stayed here several times previously - primarily because they have a restaurant. This is the last time I will stay: check-in took about 30 minutes; before I reached my room my credit card was already charged for two nights, giving me no chance to cancel 2nd night (although my rate allowed that); rate actually charged to my credit card was about 30% higher than the confirmed rate - front desk had no explanation for that. Restaurant service non-existent: tried twice, each time for 15 minutes with the sole waitress (also had to tend the bar) running past me numerous times. I usually am not too critical, but this was simply too much, too bad.

We had such a lovely stay, but the loveliest of all was Ms. Shinitia Jackson. She worked the front desk both days of our stay and is one of the kindest and most genuine souls I’ve ever met. She was so helpful and set us multiple times on the complimentary shuttle (another major plus to this hotel). The rooms were nice, the free breakfast was a plus. It’s simple, but we really enjoyed it, and the location was perfect for our needs. I’d definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Little Rock.
