On arrival we were greeted by a very friendly helpful receptionist who showed us our room. The food was delightful and served by very friendly professional staff. This hotel has relaxing atmosphere. Everything was bright clean and to a high decorated standard. We’ll be back. ☺️👍

Where do you start. First of all we were a couple with hubby in wheelchair so booked a disability access room. When we arrived ther were no disabled parking spaces {counted 4} so had to double park in order to get hubby out of car. We had a lovely view from our room but as far as it being disabled, i think not. The toilet had handles but it was tucked into the corner and when you put the handle down you had inches to get past the sink in order to sit on it. They had a hugh table in the bathroom, why, I pushed it out of the way as far as i could go but it should not have been there. The shower was not non slip and the bath mat clearly had not been tested as it refused to stick to the floor so hubby did not get a shower and indeed i found the floor far too slippy so used towels on floor in order to get out of it. The hairdryer in bathroom was broken plus nowhere near the mirror to be of any use anyway. There was another one in bedroom. We booked a table for dinner that night but was told they could not guarantee a window seat however when we arrived the table behind us had been reserved, so why not was ours. When we went to go back to our room the corridor was completely blocked with large crates of laundry, had to go back to reception to get them removed. Our breakfast next morning was good apart from the facgt we were only asked if we wanted tea/coffee after hubby had completely finished his, had to ask but still took ages for someone to come for our order and then deliver it. Hubby was asked if he would be getting out of his wheelchair, if only he could. All in all we did not have a great experience at the hotel and would not recommend it for a disabled travellor. Yes they had handles and seat in bathroom but they and fittings were not fit for purpose and had clearly been disigned by an able bodied person. Needless to say we will never be back, not even for a meal.

On arrival, check into a beautiful suite with a stunning view of the lake. However the room had not been prepared with extra bed as requested weeks prior,( and room was certainly big enough for extra cot.) Downgraded to a room with view of caged wall with green. Very disappointed in treatment being Downgraded room, especially as our stay was for 3 nights. Never heard of anyone bring Downgraded by hotel, obviously this was to make their job easier and as we were a small family we were treated differently, very upset by this. We stayed for three nights and had bed and breakfast. The breakfast and dining staff were lovely and welcoming. Dining area beautiful, comfortable, spacious seating. Food is beautiful also. I loved Enniskillen when I visited many years ago. This experience was not how I remember and has left a sour taste. My reviews are always complimentary. This one is personal because of how we were treated Killyhevlin, you very luckily received 4 stars!

Relaxing Evening with my wife!! We decided to call to the killyhelvilin hotel for a bite to eat. We didn’t book and we were warmly welcomed to a table. We waited a few moments to take our order however it was busy. But the waitress was very friendly and so was the person to have us our drinks. We had a lovely evening with a lovely meal. I had duck spring rolls and chicken goujons and lemon gateux and my wife had soup and ceaser salad and we were very impressed with the service and also the food.

The lakeside cottages exceeded all expectations and made for a wonderful family break. The cottages were spacious and very well equipped. The views from the patio were perfect. Definitely recommend. The decking area was great and we were really lucky with the weather

Food excellent and fantastic friendly staff. Grounds and location beautiful. Asked for lake view and view was bit deceiving - as paid higher prices for side view. Mostly view of grounds or side of hotel. Hotel bit dated and needing refurb. Coffee machine didn't work, bedside light didn't work, handle for window looked like about to break or fall off. Was given an access room with a db and single - not room advertised by photos on website. Bit disappointed as was told it was 4 star.

We arrived on a beautiful hot summers day, it was gorgeous sitting overlooking the lake. The food is nice enough, service isn’t great, but that is not the staffs fault. They are all young students who have no experience or training. Breakfast is a buffet, it was ok, but difficult to find staff to order coffee, omelettes etc. We were in room 150, and I do not recommend. The view is over a flat roof, and the noise was horrendous. Turns out the room is above the gym, and if someone is using the punch bag the noise of metal clanging travels right into your room. It was not pleasant to be woken at 7am to the racket. When discussed with the manager they were aware of this issue, and thought they had the issue resolved, and only used this room at his words “as a last resort” we booked this trip at least 6 months ago. Such a shame, as the views at this hotel are spectacular.
