A 5-minute walk from Parque Metro Station and across the road from Parque Eduardo VII de Ingrateja, the hotel is conveniently located for access to tourist attractions and for walking and jogging. After arriving in Lisbon, I stayed for one night and then went to another city for a few days, and during that time I was able to store my luggage for free. The staff are all smiling and kind. The room is clean and quiet, has an oil heater, air conditioner, and mini refrigerator, and is large enough for one person. The only amenities are shower caps, shower gel and shampoo are provided. It is better to bring your own treatments. Maybe it's common in Portugal, but like in hotels in other cities, there are no tissues. The breakfast buffet was delicious with sufficient variety and quantity.

The receptionist (landlord) is very good at English and very enthusiastic. The house is very warm and the equipment is very new. The air conditioning and heating in the big winter is very powerful. It is as comfortable as your own home. When you check out, help us call Taxi, here is Lisbon. The only regret for my best memories is that the washing machine can't be completely dried.

Originally, the subway station was out, but it was recently repaired and closed. It can only go a little further. The room was clean and well equipped, it was a bit crowded, and the moisture in the bathroom affected the bedroom. The breakfast was very good. The overall evaluation price is still very high!

It is a fairly well-established bed and breakfast system, located at the Sao Sebastiao metro entrance, opposite the Corte Ingles. The welcome was given in French and by a very friendly and pleasant host. The room was very large. The bathroom, although pretty and very clean, was difficult to close using the installed hook. We had a fairly well-stocked breakfast, there was plenty of everything. A very pleasant break in Lisbon.

The location was perfect. It is a calm and nice area with restaurants and mini supermarkets around it. I felt safe and cozy to stay there. The metro green line as you can find from Google maps is just near and there is also a bus stop as well which makes it really convenient to go anywhere. The common area and the room were both clean and seemed clean. The bathroom has body wash as well which was nice. When you check in you get a magnetic card that allows you access inside the hostel, into your room and that also keeps your locker under your bunker bed safe and closed. The people at the reception were always nice and kind and fyi you can have breakfast (toast, coffee, juice, croissant, cheese, etc..) for 4€ which can be very convenient.

This is my second time staying in this hotel because of the convenient location and the affordable price. It’s great overall if you’re not looking for something super fancy.
