There is no elevator, suitcases on the 5th floor are not a pleasure. In general, everything is clean and tidy. There is no heating or air conditioning

Loveeeeedd the green heart hostel! Starting off they accommodated our early arrival. The staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful when it came to finding places to go, eat and answering any other random questions I had. This place is not far walking distance to some great places. Would definitely come back and stay here if I visit Lisbon again!

I stayed in a single room, but the bed was a double bed and was very comfortable! The room also has a full-length mirror, bedside lamp, window, and electric fan.
There are a few public bathrooms, and there may be quite a lot of tourists. The toilets are often used and are a bit dirty. The sensor lights dim quickly. Halfway through the bath, you have to reach out and wave to restore the brightness to the world😅

It's very noisy because there's construction going on in front, and there's a restaurant below, so it's noisy. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. There's a bathroom too. However, the door is so heavy that it makes a loud sound when it is closed. It is very noisy.
