The breakfast is good with many choice. Is close to bus stop. The room and toilet are big, but a bit old. Staff are nice.

Advantages: The hotel is in an excellent location. The room size is in line with the description. The room was cleaned very well. There is a shower cap and hair dryer, the bath towels are of good quality, and the bedding is also acceptable. Overall, it meets the expectations of a three-star hotel. Disadvantages: The standard room we booked on Ctrip is in the annex. There is no elevator from the ground floor of the annex to the first floor, only stairs. You have to drag your suitcase to the first floor to use the elevator to the room upstairs in the annex. The window of our room faces the inner courtyard, which is a patio less than three square meters. It is damp and dark outside the window, and there are scaffoldings, and the smell is very strong. We did not open the window for two days, so we had to turn on the air conditioner all day, otherwise the room would be very humid and stuffy. Later, I learned that all standard rooms have such windows. However, it was not stated on Ctrip, so we changed rooms with the front desk once, and we still got such a room before we understood it. In addition, the manager's attitude is average. Finally, the annex has only one glass door, which can be entered and exited by swiping a card. There is no front desk or security guard, so it is easier to be followed. All rooms in the building can be reached by stairs, and the elevator on the first floor does not require a card. To be honest, we were a little worried about safety on the first day, and we used our luggage to block the door at night. Overall, if you only consider the location, the sense of security is relatively strong, and you can ignore the issue of having windows is worse than not having windows, this hotel is still recommended.

Pros: Very good location, clean and functional. Breakfast is adequate, although the lounge is very small. Cons: The hotel is under construction. We were housed in a section that had another entrance via a staircase leading to the elevator. There was no reception or other staff there. The facilities smelled like a sewer, made up with a strong disinfectant. The room we were assigned resembled a broom closet, tiny, and with a view of a dark interior courtyard with construction workers standing right outside our window (very little privacy and very unpleasant). We requested two beds and were given a double bed with no option to change them, blaming the reservationist (who had given me the beds I requested at 10 other hotels). The hotel manager is extremely rude and never understood that we were upset about the room we received and did nothing to change it during the three nights we spent there. His excuse was that we spoke poorly to him, which wasn't the case, and he punished us for it. He's not worthy of his position. Their mission is to meet the customer's needs and not mistreat us the way they did. Our experience was very bad, and we won't be back. On the other hand, the price is quite high.

Located in the city center. There are many shops around. There is a delicious egg tart at the corner of the alley. The Justa elevator is crowded with people. There is a big supermarket about 15 minutes away.

The location and facilities were all great! The reception staff were friendly, so I had a pleasant stay! The room is not that big, but it is enough for 2 people~!!
