I was on a cruise prior going to Lisbon. I tried to cancel this hotel three days before our arrival. The ship had a very poor internet connection and I wasn’t able to send the cancellation sooner. As soon as we reached land I found a place that had a good internet connection and I sent the cancellation notice. I was told the cancellation could not be done because their policy must be done 5 days or less from the arrival date. We went to the hotel and it was disgusting. There was a mattress in the hallway, we had to walk up one flight of stairs to get to the part time receptionist and when we went to the room it had two single beds that must have been there since the 19 hundreds. It was so small we had to walk sideways to get around. We realized that this was not a place we could stay in. I tried once again to ask for a refund. When my request was denied we left to go to a different hotel. Your photos and description do not represent the actual hotel. We found this very misleading and will never use or recommend your company to book a hotel. Shame on you for listing this hotel as a choice. We wouldn’t send oUr worst enemy there. Please remove my contact information from your database. I don’t want any emails sent to me by your company. I lost over $500 because you misrepresented this property.

Molto deludente. Dalle foto sembrava un bel hotel, invece è meglio starci alla larga. La camera è ok, carino avere a disposizione la macchinetta del caffè in stanza, ma non viene sistemata ogni giorno. Bagno minuscolo. Avevo chiesto due letti singoli e cosa trovo? Un letto matrimoniale. Chiedo di modificare il letto, la risposta è stata che era tardi (arrivo in albergo alle 16.00) e che verrà fatto la mattina successiva. Ciò non accadrà neanche la mattina successiva. La cucina e la zona colazione è attaccata alle camere con le cameriere che nonostante la vicinanza con le camere fanno rumore, parlano tra loro ad alta voce e addirittura cantano. Un mattina esco dalla camera chiedendo di far silenzio vista l'ora, ma hanno continuato come se nulla fosse! Colazione pessima con brioches confezionate, 4 banane marce e scarsa scelta e ovviamente tutti i giorni le stesse cose. Prenotate altrove.

J'ai mis 1 heure et demie à trouver cet hôtel très bien situé mais à côté de 2 bâtiments en réhabilitation (qui font peut être du complexe) et avec une enseigne insignifiante. J'ai dû passer 4 fois devant savoir que c'était bien la situation de l'hôtel. J'ai eu la chambre 11, donnant sur une cour avec une seule ouverture possible et une salle de bains qui puait la moisissure (très bien bien pour se sentir fraîche et propre). Impossible d'éteindre les néons de la salle de bains, heureusement il y avait un petit couloir qui séparait la chambre de la salle de bains. Dans ce couloir, une armoire non fermée qui servait d'entrepôt pour les chauffe-eaux et avec des chaises ... Ne pourrait-on pas fermer ce lieu à la vue du client? Petit-déjeuner plus que frugal avec un réveil au marteau-piqueur le 31/12/2024 à 8h30, quoi de mieux pour commencer la journée... Le 01/01/2025, obligation de libérer la chambre à 11h00, vive le Nouvel An et même si un service de conciergerie était assuré au niveau de la réception, aucune explication, le code d'accès était annulé et j'ai dû téléphoner au gérant pour pouvoir récupérer mon bagage avec un nouveau code. Quant à l'accueil, inexistant. Le Lit n'a jamais été fait pour 3 nuits de séjour et le linge de toilettes ne fut jamais changé, qui plus est avec une fuite d'eau dans la douche (écoulement certes), mais je me demande s'ils regardent ce qu'ils vendent... Les photos sont très trompeuses et ne reflètent pas les hébergements proposés. En tant qu'agent de voyages, la deuxième expérience hôtelière la pire vécue!!! A éviter!

Sehr schmutzig, wenig Auswahl zum Frühstück, lieblos hergerichtet und paar Produkte die vorhanden waren sind ohne Aufforderung nicht aufgeführt worden. Joghurt im Plastik eher einfach hingestellt.. Einfach nur enttäschend

The entrance outside is horrible, the staircase as well.The rooms are big, shower as well.(shower should be better cleaned).Service and breakfast are good!!

Great place to stay for the night. The staff were very accommodating and even allowed us to check out later than usual. The room was cosy and clean, and breakfast was decent!
