Very good facility. The room is very well equipped and clean. But it’s very hard to find the way in. There is a door to enter from the restaurant The Milkman but for the first time you need to go up the hill a bit and ring the doorbell. There is no reception so if you encounter any problem you need to pick up the phone to chat to the customer service.

Great location. Everything needed provided. Was a bit difficult to check in, cause you need to mail to get your link to pay tax and to check in. Window view straight to the lift.

The apartment is located at the bottom of the bica. Remember to point correctly when using uber. Otherwise you need to carry the luggage and climb all that horrible stairs. That demand a lot of strength……
They have luggage storage and please note that there no service counter and need to use the check in machine
I tried to adjust the temperature of the air conditioner but failed and no one can help.

We came to the room: it was washed, and on the wall there was a warning that you can’t leave the dishes unwashed, because washing them is not included in the cleaning price and will cost you 50 euros.
