Castello Prime Suites

We had to climb a few stairs to get there, but it was more than worth it, the view was absolutely stunning! The host was incredibly friendly, and every morning we were treated to a fantastic breakfast. The apartment is very centrally located, so we were able to explore most of Lisbon on foot. We took the train to Sintra and Belém, which was easy and straightforward. Sintra in particular is a must-visit, it truly felt like stepping into a fairytale. There are also plenty of lovely restaurants nearby. Just a few hundred meters away is Gosta do Castelo Brunch & Dinner, where we had our final dinner — highly recommended! All in all: a beautiful location, lovely apartments, great hospitality, and so much kindness. A place where you instantly feel at home.

This property is amazing and has great views! Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious! The only problem were lots of stairs to get up to the property from street however once you get to the property, it definitely makes up for it!

A perfect find! A lovely apartment with the added bonus of a really great continental breakfast each morning with fabulous views! And a spa pool & sauna too! Be prepared for steps & look out for the beautiful little restaurants close by!

We booked what looked fantastic! Until the uber dropped us off, we climbed a frigin mountain of stairs to get there, it wasn’t a great experience when we passed a couple of drunks and stray cats on the stairs. On arrival it was like Fort Knox trying to get in. The staff were really friendly and welcoming On arrival which was nice. We were offered drinks and custard tarts which was a nice treat. Unfortunately the apartment was not as we expected, a bit like an ikea showroom / student hostel, however the bed was comfortable with nice linen. The walls were very thin and you could hear everything including the room above flushing the loo and people in the spa next door. One of the main reasons we booked was to have a nice view and a swimming pool to relax, there was no swimming pool and the only view was from the communal area, our view was another roof, I know it’s an old building but the property advert was misleading. The main problem was the area, we really didn’t feel safe!!! Climbing up the stairs with drunks sitting around wasn’t nice, not the property’s fault. In a nutshell, lovely staff, but not feeling safe and climbing mountains of stairs isn’t fun

Amazing apartments with stunning views! Ana was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options that were constantly topped up. We loved relaxing at the terrace bar - great atmosphere and very reasonably priced. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. As for the steps to the apartment, they’re truly no big deal - totally worth it for the breathtaking views! If a few steps put you off, you might be in the wrong city! Highly recommend!
