The location is excellent, the reception, hygiene and services are all very good, except that the room is slightly small. It's very convenient to go out and walk around. There is French Veal downstairs, so it's best to make a reservation in advance. The dessert shop in the hotel is also delicious, not too sweet, and is worth a try. Breakfast is a la carte and very rich. Staying for two days can save a lot of money.

Great hotel and service. Large comfortable rooms in a great spot in Lisbon. The barrio alto neighborhood slightly north and west has lots of small restaurants and bars. Right outside the hotel has a couple of good cafe’s. A place to start and end days exploring Lisbon on foot. Nice rooftop for drinks and breakfast.

Fantastic hotel! The hotel, and especially guest relations, took care of everything we needed and the attention to detail to ensure we had the best stay was impeccable. The restaurant within the hotel was also exceptional - I would highly recommend visiting!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The hotel is beautiful and the staff went above and beyond. We especially enjoyed the delicious complimentary breakfast. The hotel is also in the perfect location to enjoy the city. We were able to walk everywhere. I highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel is in a great location . When you come thru lobby make sure to go up the little stairs on the left for a beautiful sitting area. Fifth floor breakfast in the morning with beautiful view of Lisbon. The hotel is newly renovated. Room was a nice size. The comments people made about the keys .... All you need to do is listen for the sound turn the key to the right and push. Took one time of being shown what to do and it was not a problem at all spa has a sensory shower that is really great. Don't forget to get a drink at nite on the sixth floor rooftop

Nous avons uniquement testé la pâtisserie. Le service était à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles, les pâtisseries exceptionnelles, légères, pas trop sucrés à un prix vraiment correct. Le salon pour la dégustation est approprié à la détente, en contraste total avec le brouhaha extérieur. Très belle découverte.
